無論食物質素、環境、服務都極好，Marina Grill@AMC朋友一致點咗Signature Menu Set，有5道菜，非常之飽1. Smoked Salmon brioche 煙三文魚下層忌廉幼滑，麵包鬆軟2. Blue Swimmer Crab Cake 我最喜歡菜式，超多蟹肉，啖啖肉又鮮甜，配上法式Tarragon cream，好好味！3. Lobster Bisque 濃得來好creamy嘅龍蝦湯，湯內有少量龍蝦肉，彈牙爽口，不過飲曬成碗都幾漏4. Steak au Poivre served with French Fries and House Salad 牛係Black Angus Tenderloin, 肉質軟腍，配上干邑黑椒汁5. Valrhona Chocolate Foundant 好濃味嘅朱古力心太軟，飽到食剩一半

星期五12點到達Marina Grill，位於香港仔深灣道8號深灣遊艇會。 餐廳環境舒適， 服務週到。 點了兩個3道菜商業午餐， 價錢合理。 餐前麵包外脆內軟配上牛油很美味， 前菜是青口，非常鮮味，主食和牛芝士漢堡配沙律， 賣相普通， 沙律菜爽口新鮮， 和牛芝士漢堡 入口juicy， 漢堡厚切肥美。 因為太飽所以已經 沒有吃甜品，但飲了cappuccino， 面層的奶泡口感幼滑， 咖啡香濃。 食物質素不錯，環境優美😊。🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。 Marina Grill地址: 香港仔深灣道8號深灣遊艇會

Sunday Roast : Slow cooked USDA prime rib , 絕對唔會輸蝕過最愛嘅Scrumptious Delight , Juicy , 肉味濃（第一啖已經令你好醒神）、如果邊位能夠再燒香啲的話，真係上中下路毫無破綻。其他頭款、配菜一樣出色、建議下次一路食一路播住 Brunch On Sundays 仲有feel（笑），有冇加一，成個餐有頭盤，Roast Beef , 甜品 都只係$580, 咁嘅價錢、咁嘅服務、咁嘅質素、真係冇得挑剔

I order the Lobster Bisque every time I come to this Restaurant 😋 . This club is managed by the Shangri-La group, and the bisque is as good as the one served at Lobster Bar.Ordered the seafood grill to share this time. This seafood were Fresh!!! The serving was so big that we couldn’t finish all.

Not many AMC members go to The Grill, but it’s actually a standout restaurant that occupies an impressive sprawling multifunctional space on the 2nd Floor. It has numerous interesting nooks and crannies for lounging, chatting, and dining, and is a unique destination for fine dining.We reserved the T1 table, which is essentially this single outdoor table in an enclosed private space overlooking the marina - it felt like a private table service only for us. Even though it was only us sitting outside, the waitstaff was remarkable in that they noticed every time we needed something.We ordered the dry-aged sirloin steak, black cod, Raging Bull salad (unique mixed salad), French onion soup and tomato soup. For one of the sides they were kind to give us a half-order of pumpkin risotto, and the other was broccoli. All dishes were good.Service was amazing and attentive. It was really good value considering it’s a five-star fine dining establishment. AMC members you need to check out The Grill - you won’t be disappointed!!
