點解飲含糖飲品會冇咁有利keep fit？1. 除咗添加糖之外就係一堆化學添加劑，冇任何營養價值，亦冇辦法好似奶、豆漿咁令我地飽肚啲，所以啲人先會叫liquid calories做empty calories。2. 高GI令我地血糖上升，更想食高糖高脂嘅垃圾食物。3. 唔飽肚又佔quota，唔抵飲！-好多人keep fit都會飲zero calorie drinks，「頭盔水」就係又要飲、又怕肥除咗zero cola， 馬莎有一系列口味比較特別嘅diet soda，市面上有少見，我地又可以有多啲選擇喇😆雖然唔係零卡路里，但一枝飲曬，大部份都唔洗50kcal/500mL。比起傳統含糖碳酸飲品嘅~250kcal/500mL抵飲好多～

吃了一頓中伏的下午茶，有點不開心，行下逛下，到了馬莎百貨，呢期食品部有summer sale，很多食物都有優惠！咁熱的天氣，買多D番屋企，開住冷氣唔出街，慢慢嘆給我發現了這種現成的撻皮，睇落幾靚，不過貴了點，但好過自己做！檸檬醬做的夏日甜品應該幾開胃，試下先！又比我發現這包久違了的果汁糖，又買之！早餐食這裡的麵包也不錯，選擇多的是，留番下次試！I'Il be back!
