MAXIM"S CAKE LAB Currently, it's my favourite Bread, Buns, Cakes & Pastries Shop In Hong Kong 🇭🇰.Discovered Maxim's Cake Lab, a popular chain outlet near my home now, offering a good selection of loaves of bread, buns, pastries & cakes at very affordable prices to the locals in Hong Kong. 😋😋Hong Kongers love buns and bread, so you'll find similar bakeries on every corner of town, — especially in shopping malls, MTR stations, and shops beneath public housing.Oh yes, the best part is that this bakery is just a mere 5 mins walk from home & I get to eat yummy freshly baked Croissants (called "Ngau Kok Pau" in Cantonese for the Hong Kong people) with my coffee.

其實都係美心麵包, 高級版,賣既麵包款式會更多,單價會略為提高美心既多品牌攻勢,係高級大商場既分店屋村仍然係美心,開係商場內既會用呢個CAKE LAB之前九龍灣都有一間其實真係無咩特別基本既方包,蛋糕都係一樣,包裝蛋糕都係一樣,無分別,價錢就好似貴左1-2蚊麵包類,有拉絲芝士多士$16一件,中間係拉絲芝士,但凍食無拉絲既,要加熱幾秒先有牛角包11蚊隻,唔夠脆,但夠酥,層數多粟米蟹柳包好伏另外有肉鬆三文治,朱古力麻糬麵包 車打芝士包大部份都係十幾蚊, 貴少少,但味道其實同一般美心既麵包差不多另外有焗芝士撻, $14一隻,買5送1,焗西米撻,比較少見蛋糕賣相幾靚仔,最近仲出左TOY4 主題蛋糕同大富翁蛋糕其他都係一般常見既款式CAKE

之前小編一直都食開Simplylife嘅千層蛋糕(都係美心集團黎架),不過小編都係返到屋企先發現原來底層係海綿蛋糕嚟架!千層蛋糕大約有12層左右,口感同平時喺simplylife食嘅千層蛋糕差唔多。不過呢個蛋糕同小編想像中嘅味道就真係有少少差別啦,只有上面果舊凍糕可以食得出有柚子味,其實小編本身期望係連中間嘅忌廉都會有柚子味架!BTW呢個蛋糕係唔錯嘅至少係千層底嗰個part方面。
