It’s strange the waitress only could lead us in straight after 6pm instead of 5:55pm. Would you say “very English”? Or they don’t open the restaurant until after 6? Never mind we were seated after 6 by the window so that we could enjoy the sunset and the night view of the harbour! We had scallops and Wagyu beef as starters. Then we had our slow cooked spare ribs and cow and cut- choose three types of beef for 100gm each. The beefs tasted good but with quite some gristles though. It seems Ramsy needs to select better beef!
Btw, the stuffed Yorkshire pudding can be missed as the pork inside was so tough and tasteless.
A glass of wine is expensive $15x each! We could have bought a bottle.
