星期六是朋友生日,碰巧她要在灣仔戶外工作 所以我就想買個外賣,在她工作地點”野餐“慶祝open rice 了附近幾條街 適合外賣食和 fancy d 的食物 一係款式不對 一係就貴左d最後揀了這間 麵包加熱食店到達時過了午餐時間,可能是好多樣野都賣曬的原因正當好煩惱之時 見到收銀處有張promote new burger 的單張就決定點曬兩款 竹碳飽 其中一個變餐 當時只剩salad可以揀 即點即整 熱辣辣 離開店後等左20分鐘先食 都無凍 個盒有無咩倒汗水包面光滑 脆脆地  無咩好突出的味道 肉 ok 最好係蘑菇和cheese!truffle 味就唔多明顯 繼續閱讀

喺附近拜完神就搵地方醫下肚,經過一間叫做《Mr. Bake》嘅麵包蛋糕專門店,專賣稀少糖蛋糕,好注重健康嘅我又貪靚嘅我,當然要入去探索下啦。店舖除咗售賣蛋糕、麵包同埋三文治之外,估唔到仲有意粉、曲奇餅同埋飲品,多款式多選擇,仲有下午茶餐添。我同朋友就揀咗「朱古力撻」、「綠茶紅豆栗子蛋糕」同埋「朱古力牛角包」。呢三款蛋糕同埋麵包食落去嘅味道同出面嘅麵包舖好唔同,正因為《Me.Bake》係製作各款蛋糕同埋麵包嘅時候,堅持不使用添加劑,務求令顧客食出健康。當中「綠茶紅豆栗子蛋糕」味道切合我口味,一向我都唔太鍾意太甜嘅蛋糕,估唔到食落去唔太甜之餘,仲食到好濃郁嘅綠茶味道,再加紅豆同栗子,更加有口感。另外「朱古力牛角包」質感鬆軟,外皮香脆,食落去軟綿綿嘅口感,加一點朱古力醬味道,好味道。飲品方面都有多款選擇,最後揀咗一杯凍「朱古力咖啡」,味道好香濃,兩者好Match,估唔到香濃嘅絲滑朱古力配襯咖啡,另有一番味道。 繼續閱讀

伯爵紅莓 ($22)麵包size都幾大,咬落感覺比較紮實,所以食完會好飽肚😂。伯爵茶嘅香味唔算太濃,配埋麵包嘅麥香,味道都唔錯,反而紅莓嘅份量有啲少,味道係好嘅,不過配落咁大嘅麵包到略為有啲不足。日式紫薯 ($12)同另一款麵包唔同,喱個包口感好鬆軟,入面饀料嘅份量都幾足。用上真實嘅紫薯蓉,味道唔算太濃同太甜,整體感覺好清新。另外仲食左抹茶乳酪 ($12),口感同樣好鬆軟,抹茶味道偏向奶味重一點,都幾香,配埋入面嘅乳酪,味道好特別。 繼續閱讀

I was planning to meet a client this afternoon at Wanchai and i was already going to be late for my appointment as i was being held up by previous appointment. Since i was left with little time left and was feeling slightly hungry, i decided to head to a bkery shop and grab some bread. I was walking along Queen Road East and entered into Mr Bake. This bakery shop was catered for take away and there is a cold items section placing those sandwiches and drinks in it. All of their breads were freshly made on that day and they even have lunch set available. Their breads were of healthier version as they do not contain any preservatives. Hong Kong style milk tea - It was made by themselves and need to be drink within a day as they were made fresh. The tea scent was strong and the drink was silky smooth. Bamboo charcoal cheddar cheese - There were cheese cubes inside the bun and the portion was quite generous. The texture was soft and was tasty.Ciabatta - The bread was very soft and chewy and i could taste the freshness of the tomato slices on tp of the bread. Mocha - There were chocolate bits on the exterior and interior of the bread, but i could also taste slight coffee smell on the bread as well. 因為正在學習營養知識的關係,最近也留意起坊間說的超級食物Kale, Chia Seeds,減少糖份攝取等議題。至於是否那麼有益健康,暫時沒什麼研究支持。但是今晚吃的「稀少糖」蛋糕,先不論是否特別有益,味道倒是很不錯「稀少糖」是日本研發的一種糖份,是自然界中存在的單糖,因卡路里低,約為白糖的70%甜度,而研究報告更指可以阻擋葡萄糖的吸收,適合糖尿病人使用,也成為女士減肥恩物。物以罕為貴,因為稀少,一袋稀少糖動軋百多元位於灣仔的Mr Bake 就是其中一家有生產稀少糖蛋糕的麵包店店內有多款麵包、曲奇、三文治及飲品等選擇,賣相不俗。晚上7-8:30pm 來買麵包更有買二送一優惠!今晚的Target 就是這款芒果慕絲蛋糕啦!根據店主所說,是用新鮮芒果肉加稀少糖做的。一邊聽書,一邊喝著少甜的熱朱古力,濃濃的可可味,加上幼滑的奶泡,好好味然後在休息時,就拿芒果慕絲蛋糕來享用果真如店主說,有濃濃新鮮芒果味,上層的慕絲很軟滑,而海綿蛋糕也很綿滑,忌廉份量適中,而甜味才是最驚喜的,一般蛋糕甜度很高,而用稀少糖做的蛋糕甜味較清爽,感覺較輕盈卻不覺淡,怪不得會風靡一眾香港女士了!$25一件的稀少糖蛋糕份量不算很大,不會很Heavy 卻令人滿足,物超所值!吃完作為主菜的蛋糕後,加了一個黑松露麵包做晚餐麵包很有份量,不是光用泡打粉發成很大但中間空空如也那種,裡面的黑松露醬配上忌廉,很香很滑,餡料不少很美味後記: 今晚只剩一款稀少糖蛋糕,有機會會再次光臨試其他口味 繼續閱讀
