An Choi位於上環,係一間由越南人經營嘅正宗地道越南餐廳。餐廳嘅裝修好可愛,外牆鮮黃色,店入面用紅色膠凳,掛住各種日常生活用品,店員笑容好好感覺親切,充滿越南街頭風情同懷舊氛圍。BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG燒肉配炸春卷和凍米粉沙律平日menu有得order。分量十足,有好多配料,醬汁酸度剛好,開胃又好食。口感同味道層次豐富。BÁNH CANH CUA 蟹肉木薯湯麵要星期五lunch menu先有,其他日子無得order。好食,海鮮配料豐富,蟹肉有鮮味~

期待拉滿了!結果去到就是有點小失望,有好吃有踩雷,離得近還是值得嘗一下米紙卷 唔太好吃,米紙皮又厚又韌,感覺在嚼膠皮糖,看起來很多蝦但是實際上是切成兩半貼在外側(也就是一卷裏只有一只蝦)越南牛肉河粉-南方風味沖越南粉去的,牛肉給的很多,這個粉用的很奇怪,有點像廣東的河粉,扁的,口感是滑滑的,湯的味道很普通,而且沒有豆芽,本人的觀念裏吃pho就要超多量豆芽&九層塔才正宗燒肉配炸春卷和凍米粉沙拉好吃!配的炸春卷很酥很香也可以單點,拌米粉是酸甜口的很清爽,配上裏面的豬頸肉很絕雞蛋咖啡必點,超級濃郁的口感,應該加了可可粉和三花淡奶

Possibly my favourite Vietnamese spot in HK! Pho Bo - Hanoi style $100 ⭐️4/5Pho with stir-fried beef tenderloin, topped with lots of spring onion and coriander. The beef tenderloin were sliced to very small slices but the meat was super flavorful and tender. Although the beef was soaked in the soup, you can still taste the smokiness from the stir-fry and the broth was nicely seasoned with the beef juice. Only wish the beef slices were a tad larger. Netted Spring Rolls $70 ⭐️4/5These were HUGE!! I think one of these is equivalent to two of the spring rolls I would find elsewhere. It was packed with seasoned minced pork and a bunch of finely diced veggies, like wood ear mushroom and onion. The netted skin was super crispy and was great paired with the fish sauce. Great food, energetic vibes and friendly staff. Would definitely come back soon to try out their extensive menu.

氣氛環境唔講以為去左越南🇻🇳 由膠凳到餐具 還原度都好高 好似去左旅行🍴餐廳有賣北越/南越菜色 好似偏多北越 有好多款平時都無乜點見過 幾特別! 餐廳有得預約 如果無book位最好早少少到 見到大概7點幾都開始多人排隊 餐廳都係咁趕我哋 呢個都幾扣分 但食物而言好高質!🙌🏻Dalat grilled rice paper ($65) 我第一次食呢個 有少少似一個蛋pancake個底有層米紙👀 上面有大量炸蒜、櫻花蝦、蔥、芫茜🌿 配埋個tamarind汁好野味 同埋無咁乾👍🏻!Bahn mi thit nuong BBQ ($80) 這個越南包係店員推薦😆 果然好食!好似有兩款豬肉 每塊都大大舊淡淡肉 好爽口!我覺得蛋黃醬有少少偏重 但配埋醃蘿蔔/青瓜🥒/芫茜🌿解膩 就剛剛好!Pho ha noi ($100) 我同朋友見到香港偏少地方可以食到北越菜 係越南牛河南方風味)同北方風味 決定試試後者🤓 麵好彈牙 放左好耐都無發脹 牛肉偏重黑椒味 仲有大量蔥!味道:🧡🧡🧡🧡.75/5 📍Ăn Chơi (上環)地址:上環孖沙街15-17號地舖

經過上環做嘢,時間尚早11點幾,嚟到呢間米芝蓮級嘅越南餐廳唔使排隊。同朋友叫咗當日嘅招牌Pho。每個星期每一日有不同限定嘅Pho。湯頭鮮甜,牛肉嫩滑,對味精敏感的我食完沒有感覺有很多味精口乾。另外再叫咗個越式法包,春卷等等小食。所叫的食物,質素比一般越南餐廳高,但是沒有太多驚喜。另外最印象深刻是即使是米芝蓮餐廳亦沿用咗越南當地原汁原味嘅餐具同埋佈置拍照一流。用餐完畢,大約12點多平日的放飯時候已經大排長龍。
