這一家去過幾次, 必點Deluxe Dirty,甜品推薦Tiramisu. Deluxe Dirty-奶用水油分離技術處理,較稠密甜度集中。Thai Dirty-加入了煉奶左Dirty, 右Deluxe Dirty-明顯看到奶狀態不一樣。Definitely not to share Tiramisu,推薦,能推出Deluxe Dirty代表在奶製品處理上相當有水準,更何況還是要用ladyfingers沾咖啡的Tiramisu🫴喜歡意大利星級名店Tiramisu的可以來比較一下------------------------------這間位於北角匯面向海的咖啡店,我bookmark了好幾個月,今天終於可以來個飯後咖啡。看Menu有4款Dirty🌝詢問了下分別,有米酒成分的Rice Dirty丶用技術將奶做成油水分離狀態的Deluxe Dirty丶正常的Dirty和加入煉奶的Thai Dirty。最後我選的Deluxe Dirty🌝抱著冒險精神看看Deluxe在哪。咖啡師將咖啡下桌時有介紹一下,可以大口一點喝才喝得出層次感,還輕輕說了句不用攪拌(聽起來多少有點心累😂)相當精彩,我會形容幾口之內喝完的一杯Dirty有Full course meal的感覺。原來原來,將奶油水分離除了能暫時完全將咖啡和奶相隔,相隔的還有溫度🥹第一口喝下去,大部分是面層還熱的咖啡和少少奶,咖啡的熱度和香氣一下衝擊,香氣充滿鼻腔;第二口咖啡和奶相對平均,奶降低了咖啡溫度,加上溫和的甜味亦令口感更順滑;🥹最後奶佔比較多的一兩口像甜品一樣,奶水分離處理的奶,甜度明顯丶濃厚丶香滑。喜歡吃喝有層次感丶有變化的人絕對推薦一試這家咖啡🥹*Deluxe Dirty每日限定

試咗杯white coffee + dirty☕️☕️white coffee有好靚嘅拉花❤️ 不過dirty個層次就唔算太分明😢(叫deluxe應該會好啲🙈)但個咖啡豆有驚喜!個味道幾特別,飲落去有啲核桃香👍🏻加上環境幾闊落,啲staff都好nice,係幾chill💛

終於走去試 On the hill 既 Definately not to share tiramisu。個名改得好, 真係唔可以同人share, 可能用左130年頂級日本麥燒酌佢真係酒味非常濃郁, 都係名列喺香港我食過top 3 酒味濃既tiramisu, 要雞蛋裡挑骨頭既話就係酒味唔係好均勻, 有一邊好有酒味一邊無乜, 但唔影響味蕾既, 食完都突然有幾下心跳加速, 酒精幾有強度。我平時習慣去coffee shop 飲black coffee, 預左黑咖啡一般或唔好飲。On the hill 應該用左靚豆黎冲, 飲得出有fruity 既味道, 唔講以為係手冲咖啡, 真係一間有良心既coffee shop, 一件tiramsu 連咖啡都係$98。

今天和友人到訪這間自助cafe店聊聊☕️,室內外都是以淺色木系為主,簡約舒適,座位不多,但地下放上小盒子給客人放置東西,貼心♥️。💥Dirty ~ $42 👉 友人感咖啡濃厚,奶順滑。💥Cappuccino ~ $42👉 泡沫不太厚👍,濃郁順滑。💥Tiramisu 2.0 (店中signature) ~ $68👉以玫瑰花瓣和朱古力碎點缀,擺碟用心又吸晴,特別用上麥燒酎,但酒味並不濃,蛋糕濕潤軟綿,不過甜😁,整體口感並不是太特出😂

Went to this café with my friends and my sis to continue our Oppenheimer discussion🤣..We ordered Definitely Not to Share Tiramisu 2.0 and Kagoshima Honey Sweet Potato Cake to share. The tiramisu looked exquisite and delicate with petals on top. It got generous amount of mascarpone cheese, making the dessert creamy. The cake was quite moist. The Sweet Potato Cake was topped with vanilla ice cream. As the cake was hotly-served, it made an interesting combination with the cool ice cream. The taste was not very memorable though. Sad that our cake didn't have a piece of sweet potato like other's. We ordered chocolate for drink, which was made of single origin Peru 60% cocoa. It would be better if the chocolate flavour could be richer. .With open window, the cafe was bright, provding a chill and comfy environment for us to chat for a while. The food and drink were quite pricey though.
