放工約左朋友交收~一個人晌太子站B2企左一陣,朋友電話又聯絡唔到......個人又味到....但我個肚又開始.....再加埋麵包店嘅芝士撻香味不斷傳黎....終於忍唔住行左入去買左個黎食。價錢算親民,$18一個。我見都好多學生,OL買。店員話係岩岩出爐。我接過芝士撻,其實溫度又唔算好熱,暖暖地。【低糖半熟芝士撻】店家用咗曲奇餅撻底,入口鬆脆,有好香牛油味~Good!芝士餡口感好Creamy~因為係低糖嘅關係,所以芝士撻唔會好甜。(經常注意飲食健康/怕肥嘅朋友可以一試)芝士餡有淡淡嘅乳酸味同芝士味。(我個人卻比較喜歡濃味D嘅~XD)但係又好想再食多個。><另外一提,店內仲有流心麵包賣架! 見到有Poster推介,好吸引。下次再黎一於試埋啦!

店家用咗曲奇餅撻底,入口鬆脆,有好香牛油味~Good!
芝士餡口感好Creamy~
因為係低糖嘅關係,所以芝士撻唔會好甜。(經常注意飲食健康/怕肥嘅朋友可以一試)
芝士餡有淡淡嘅乳酸味同芝士味。(我個人卻比較喜歡濃味D嘅~XD)
但係又好想再食多個。><

另外一提,店內仲有流心麵包賣架! 見到有Poster推介,好吸引。
下次再黎一於試埋啦!

試過了半熟工房命Bake的芝士撻心中早已傾情半熟工房,這天在太子一出地鐵站便見到這間Oscar Bakery看見剛出爐半熟芝士撻標榜89度低糖兼5重法國芝士,講到咁勁唔係唔試吖嘛!!售價$18/隻~外貌挺討好可惜{金玉其外,敗絮其中}拎上手熱辣辣好吸引怎料.........先講芝士餡完熟就有份何來半熟啊質感已嚡拾拾,味道偏酸得來芝士香味也不足,撻底更是實實的鬆化不足亦沒甚香氣,絕對係只此一次比起龍島的更要差勁,真係超級失望!!

先講芝士餡完熟就有份何來半熟啊質感已嚡拾拾,味道偏酸得來芝士香味也不足,撻底更是實實的鬆化不足亦沒甚香氣,絕對係只此一次比起龍島的更要差勁,真係超級失望!!

After trying the croissant I decided to go back for the quiches because it could possibly taste nice according to the standard of the croissant I had last time.Strangely, I have this weird gift of drawing people where I go because this shop was EMPTY when I got there and I find this gift extremely annoying when I go to quiet restaurants to get peace and quiet obviously.Anyway, there were three quiches spinach, bacon and mushroom so I got the spinach and mushroom.They also had the latest craze wh

Anyway, there were three quiches spinach, bacon and mushroom so I got the spinach and mushroom.
They also had the latest craze which are the molten cheese tarts in lots of flavours as well as plain cheese.
There was green tea and red bean as well as Durian.

I have tried them before and dont' like them because they are sickly with a weird Chinese style cheese taste.
Decided to get the green tea one anyway.

The quiches were impressive but spinach tasted better because there were not many slices of mushroom in the mushroom quiche.
It was the quiche pastry that impressed me because it was only 7mm thick with a firm but crumbly texture without that weird local Chinese butter taste or smell.
As for the filling, it was so good and tasted like a real quiche with full cheesy and savory flavours and none of that weird Chinese sweetness in it!
To be honest, they don't look appealing at all but they are delicious!

I didn’t expect to like the molten cheese tart but the tart pastry won me again because it was thin and crumbly and the green tea and red bean filling wasn’t overly sickly.

太子一出地鐵站就見到呢間新開嘅麵包店,係櫥窗已經見到今次要講下嘅流心牛角酥,即刻買左黎試試!拎上手唔熱嘅,常溫。但酥皮做得好好!迫不及待撕開,可能因為唔係新鮮做出,流心效果唔明顯。 但值得一讚個榛子醬,唔算好甜,食到少許榛子微粒,配上做得唔錯嘅牛角酥 。不過如果可以加返個保溫櫃做到埋勁流心嘅效果就最好啦!

但值得一讚個榛子醬,唔算好甜,食到少許榛子微粒,配上做得唔錯嘅牛角酥
。不過如果可以加返個保溫櫃做到埋勁流心嘅效果就最好啦!

依家成日見啲流心乜乜乜,中式西乜式都有,仲要創意無限。最近,食友就送咗個榛子流心牛角酥俾小弟試,喺嚟自Oscar Bakery嘅出品。由於放上咗一晚,作為第二朝嘅早餐,可想像到效果一定無咁理想。加上公司無焗爐,只可以翻叮,所以,自問評價亦非最準、最公平。牛角酥單睇外貌似模似樣,不過,切開後,酥皮嘅層次未夠豐厚,但入口還夠牛油香。然而,「流心」一詞未免有嘩眾取寵之嫌 ,因為我就覺得算唔得上流心,只可以叫有一層軟心底 ,但份量幾多,有唔少榛子碎,頗香榛子味,但唔知點解食落味道有點酸。雖則跟想像中嘅感覺有少少落差,但亦喺個唔錯嘅嚐試,希望改良吓做得更好,更多謝食友讓小弟嘅早餐加料 。

牛角酥單睇外貌似模似樣,不過,切開後,酥皮嘅層次未夠豐厚,但入口還夠牛油香。然而,「流心」一詞未免有嘩眾取寵之嫌
,因為我就覺得算唔得上流心,只可以叫有一層軟心底
,但份量幾多,有唔少榛子碎,頗香榛子味,但唔知點解食落味道有點酸。

榛子味又係抗拒唔到既味道,因為冇配榛子既好朋友朱古力,所以食落唔太甜,反而突出到榛子本身既香味,但因為凍左,所以已經唔太流心,不過榛子餡仍然係爆曬出尼啊😍!

I wasn't keen at first because I thought they were going to be localized sickly croissants but anyway went in and they had Spinach Quiche which gives you reassurance that it is not that Chinese.

Unfortunately, the green pistachio filled croissant was sold out but they still had the hazelnut so I got that.

The croissant was really impressive because it was not that buttery or oily and when I ate it, the taste was amazing, the hazelnut paste was decent, it was made of real grounded hazelnuts and there was quite a fair amount of grounded hazelnuts in it.

The hazelnut filling tasted really natural as well and it was not even creamy which was fantastic.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this bakery because the standard is a bit like La salon Restaurant et Croissanterie but they have caught the molten filling hype and called them 流心牛油酥.
If the molten filling craza was around when Le Salon was around, they would have been the croissant hype then filled with molten filling.

Can't wait to try the pistachio one next time!
