Paisano's (中環)

The title says it all!. I have been waiting for this location to open up in a long time. Sai Kung is a bit too far to travel for me.Truly NYC style pizza. I got the Paisano's special with anchovies. It was a little slice of heaven. Plus the $30 beers my night was set.The Crust was delicious albeit a bit thick for my taste but Al (the owner) assured me he can make it thinner if I like it. Do try it I promise you will not be dissappointed!I am so Happy TST will have an open location in Feb.2
