Vanilla Basque Cheesecake $50First time to try basque cheesecake here. There were three flavours. We chose vanilla. The other two flavours were rose and earl grey. The cheesecake was wrapped by paper in a thin wooden box. It was super super smooth like ice cream. I could see vanilla seeds inside. But burnt flavour was basically nil. Quality was good though. Now need to pay $1 to get a paper bag.

The inner layer is Japanese yuzu puree, bringing a fresh and sweet and sour taste, so you should not miss it if you like Japanese flavor.”抹茶柚子蛋糕有薄薄一層抹茶鏡面慕絲包住抹茶慕絲，中間有柚子蓉，下底有白朱古力果仁皮，最下底有曲奇餅底，面頭加上一塊薄薄白朱古力片。食落柚子味十足，好清新，而曲奇餅底好脆又香，呢款蛋糕味道口感唔錯。服務員有禮貌。

Happy Holiday🌈🌈放假和友人來到銅鑼灣逛街，路過世貿醒起地下嗰層有間Paul Lafayet 上次嚟撞啱燉蛋節，燉蛋被搶購一空，好誇張😱😱之前約定下次一定要再來試試這個招牌法式火焰焦糖燉蛋🐣🐣今次來到遠處已見到很多一小碗法式焦糖燉蛋好似玩層層疊咁，叠得整整齊齊🤭Yeah 我哋終於可以試吓喇！店員即場把焦糖灑在燉蛋的面上再用火槍焊大約半分鐘搞掂！記得30分鐘內享用味道更佳啊🤗友人第一次食，他說綿綿口感加上焦糖脆片，一試愛上了，嘻嘻😁📌銅鑼灣世貿中心地下G03號舖💛PAUL LAFAYET
