Our friend treated us a delicious steak meal - it was so yummy - the best steak i ever hadThe bread was smoking hot - so fresh with melted cheeseThe salad had pieces of seaweed - surprisingly tasty!There was a new dish this year - honey glazed pork - like BBQ char siu - perfectly done!of course the steaks were amazing! will love to come back again ... need to arrange a party of a dozen people thoughi don't know how much it was our friend treated us!

Where else can you find a private dining space with free corkage and roast beef done to perfection? Run by husband and wife team, both very friendly. They include other dishes, but to be honest, there is no room in my stomach other than for the beef. We ordered the 14lb US Prime Holstein ribeye. I like ribeye cos of the fat. First time going, I must say chef Jeremy’s prime rib is one of the best in Hong Kong.Our host chose the Roast US Prime Black Angus Ribeye and a nice mix of appetizers + sides. If you have the headcount, a must try place.We started with Winglets / Bread and NZ clams.Next was the star of the show - the prime rib. It took the chef 8 hours to make this perfect edge to edge effect. No gray ring, red to red edge perfection.They also do delivery so check out their social media page.

This is totally a hidden gems, without my friend invited, it is impossible to know and understand there is a private kitchen at Ming Pao industrial building. It has a fully functioned Kitchen with a Dinning table spacious for at least 12p, perfect for a private party. The specialty is Chef Terry’s Huge Prime Rib Eye Steak 🍖. 今次我哋一行12人，當然係book返間房食飯傾計吹水就最好啦，喺香港十二人要有張枱食飯，如果要好食，非常難搵，今次scrumptious 非常好，地方好，我哋成班八婆嘈到死， 都唔怕嘈到人，可以自己帶酒上去，對牛有咩要求係訂枱時可以直接同佢講，牛肉好嫩多汁，牛味唔算太濃，仲有價錢合理，十二個人坐足五個鐘，又不停影相，又嘈，book 間party room 都要啦，提提大家，佢哋只有一個廚師兩個侍應，所以唔好咁多服務嘅要求，不過佢哋啲服務都好好，斟酒斟得都好密。

Was there for a friend’s birthday party. The prime rib was so impressive and so is the crepe cake. Atmosphere was great too. And chef was really really nice. Would recommend for private parties!

Hate to give the secret away, but their roast beef may be the best in HK. Delightful space and service for a small party, they can accommodate kids as well. They have added many side dishes and other mains to their menu to accommodate a range of tastes, but the beef is definitely what you trek here for.

我們經常去這個私房菜。老板是一對夫婦，人很Nice。地方簡單舒服，可以坐20多人。主菜比較單一，就是Roast Beef/Prime Rib 牛排。我去年曾經介紹商會的朋友過去，去過以後他在那裡已經請客6次了。必須訂座。
