A very bold move to open a Korean noodle theme restaurant along the main street in North Point. Restaurant is clean and neat. QR code scan for order. Restaurant serves few options, covering both meaty noodle and broth rice. Yukgaejang noodle was giant. A spoonful of seaweed and fermented vegetables rice, kimchi and pickled radish as sides. Rice wasnt hot enough but umami flavour paired so well with the kimchi. Yukgaejang was a huge spicy beefy broth noodle. It was steamy hot and hearty. First few sips werent spicy but the heat came when you kept eating it. Noodle was pretty dense. Neither hard nor soggy. Beef was shredded. Easy to eat and very savoury. It was also loaded with vegetables and some kind of seaweed/ burdock vegetable type which gave a good chew. Bone broth noodle was big too. Coming with the same sides. This was way lighter than Yukgaejang. Every bite was hearty that it felt like a big hug when you were having a bad cold. It wasnt salty or meaty. Just clean and very enjoyable to eat. Big surprise. More to try until next time!

雞湯麵的份量好多，足足有半隻雞，但閃雞沒有切件，也不夠鮮嫩，未去到骨肉分離的地步所以吃的時候有點困難，韓國筷子也比較難用，不太適合和對象來吃雞湯麵但雞湯非常鮮甜，刀削麵也很彈牙。附送的薏米飯有麥簡之餘帶點咸菜配搭，很特格的口感和味道。性價比很高，雖然要加一但這麼豐富的餐點只需要每人不到$120，很抵吃了。可能新店開張，不太多人知道，位置方便，星期五晚上的七點也不用等位，喜歡韓式刀削麵的人士真的可以來一試。

It’s a rare authentic Korean restaurant in Eastern HK side. Very yummy 🤤 good quality and ingredients. Interior is also clean and tidy. Space is big. Feel comfortable. We ordered pork soup rice and spicy noodle. Both are very nice 😊 kimchi is also fresh.

會來吃這個雞湯麵，主要是看了小紅書一個博主吃過（應該在別的分店）說88元有半隻雞而且好味⋯剛好屋企附近有分店就來了，一看餐牌發現加價了⋯變成98元一碗，仲要收加一真係有啲貴⋯看到實物才發現物有所值，半隻雞幾大件下，仲有一小碗飯+ 2小碟泡菜/蘿蔔，雞湯好好味，雞肉不夠「淋」拆肉吃比較費力，點那個酸汁幾開胃，不錯！麵條幾彈牙，泡菜很好味，可以問店員免費追加。有機會會再來，下次想試蜆湯麵。題外話，坐我們附近都是韓國人，應該頗為正宗吧。
