女孩子的聚會，其中一個會選擇的活動就是high tea。剛巧今天我和朋友也放早，在銅鑼灣逛了一陣街，便走來試個Tea。這間餐廳是戶外的，環境好大，坐得好舒服。但若果在炎炎夏日，可能會熱少少。較喜歡鹹點的朋友會喜愛這個tea set, 因為底層有5款份量唔細的鹹點 甜點的甜度適中，賣相可以每人平均$200，而且服務不錯，可以和朋友在鬧市中度過輕鬆的下午

上星期同朋有友食完下午茶，覺得幾好食，今晚男朋友就帶左我黎食生日飯先講服務質素，今晚嘅職員個個都好有禮貌同細心，一坐低個職員見我抓腳，即刻比定支蚊怕水我。而上生日甜品時，支迷你煙花喺我地影影吓相時已經燒完，職員亦好主動幫我地換過支，好貼心！食物方面。個甜品拼盤整得好仔細，連人名上面都灑上金箔睇得出好用心其餘嘅食物都好有水準，下次一定再黎食

終於熬到weekend,難得假期當然要約朋友出來見下面呢。今次我們去了Shelter這間餐廳去試下他們的afternoon tea。這間餐廳在希慎7樓比較隱蔽的一個位置，如果不刻意找的話，確實都不會留意的。這間餐廳特色是一半露天，一半有頂遮掩的，當然跟朋友都是怕曬的，所以揀選了有遮掩的坐位。整間餐廳還有一個特色，就是整間餐廳是在室外的關係，所以沒有冷氣的，但有強力風扇，怕熱的人要三思。我本人一向是喜歡坐室外的，但我對那把強力風扇真是要敬而遠之，實在太強勁了。我們叫了一個premium high tea set，套餐包含了5款咸點，8款甜點，甜點中冬甩和意大利奶凍是比好食的，其餘都比較普通。

Came here for Happy Hour on a Friday afternoon and the sky garden had no more than 5 tables overall with 3-4 wait staff serving! 想飲野諗起呢間shelter, 黎過5次以上，一次比一次差。係服務同環境！第一次係2016年dinner ,比佢浪漫既環境吸引，之後都係飲野，由2個人梳化都可以飲野shisha，到要坐高枱，到依加坐木枱木凳。明明成間餐廳好大，總要迫到所有飲野既人pack 到聽到另一枱講咩甘，都算，仲要成排4-5張最外最舒服既枱擺哂reserve哂？🤷🏻‍♀️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻門口女receptionist 真係好差，唔會比你有任何選擇，你既comment on seats’ arrangement.🤷🏻‍♀️👺👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻1. 最靚最外一排全部reserved,係一排，4-5張全部，10點幾reserve 哂？但so far 我坐到走都唔見有客。👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤷🏻‍♀️2. 我旁邊好近既一枱食煙，好近，我見有另一張枱遠小小問可唔可以轉，個receptionist 見我地仲未肯坐低settle down, 佢即刻好差語氣講‘個張4人枱黎架喎’，之後有2個女仔黎坐左，其實我個張都係4人枱，未見過甘差既staff. 仲成日傾計叫人又無人睇到，明明d客都pack哂係個2行枱到🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️👎🏻👎🏻

又係搵地方食好嘢嘅時間，星期五晚冇得訂枱Happy Hour. 早啲去攞枱。本來剩係唸住飲嘢，跟著再去搵其他嘢食。惰性發作，同經理講食埋晚餐 😜。環境冇得彈，不過夏天冇冷氣同冬天就自己唸呢。Happy hour menu 係冇非酒精飲料，亦吾係buy one get one free, 係平D。 咁呀，飲紅酒。😁麵包好食，加黑醋同橄欖油，食咗幾件都有D飽。重有食pizza，青口，同豬手。豬手皮好脆，味道好。最後飲杯咖啡，返屋企瞓覺 😴

Shelter is a restaurant I haven't really been to. It opened a while ago in Hysan Place but since the entire restaurant is located outside, I didn't want to  go when it was hot and humid. And that is 90% of the time in Hong Kong. Or if it was raining. After a while, I shelved it away and completely forgot about this place. My wife and I came for a Sat lunch. We were so disappointed. To be fair, the food quality was ok. However, the atmosphere was so bad that only two tables (including us) were served. The food portion was so small and they even did not give you any table water. For the complementary bread, they just gave us two small pieces. Soft drinks like a normal coke was like $68! It’s hard to find outdoor restaurants in hk plus it’s uncomfortable to sit outdoors in the humidity that hk brings you 8 months of the year. Now it’s much cooler we decided to try Shelter for a couple of drinks. Massive outdoor sitting that’s divided into two sections, when you enter the restaurant, the first half of the place is under cover but fully covered, you see more tables when you walk to the second half of the restaurant in beautiful and completely rooftop bar setting. 曾經跟好友來這裡慶祝生日因為當時是秋天，所以晚上坐在戶外超舒服而且還有夜景看～所以當朋友今次說想食High Tea 的時候⋯我馬上就想到這裡了！High  Tea  Set 只需$388加10%服務費 For 2人在位於希慎這個位置加上露天茶座，我覺得這個價錢超出想中的抵食！鳥籠High  Tea  Set 一共有4層，最底是咸點～芝士火腿迷你牛角包🥐煙三文魚多士配凱撒沙律醬🥗忌廉磨菇法式酥皮盒、迷你肉酥⋯巴馬火腿配蜜瓜甜食🍰檸檬忌廉撻、朱古力士多啤梨當然還有馬卡龍、廚師精選水果卷等等⋯但最貼心的是⋯在網上訂位是備忘錄了生日沒想到他們在甜品上附上「Happy Birthday」的朱古力牌～這是最驚喜的！也每人包一杯飲品整體來說這裡很適合閨蜜一起來High Tea 聊天沒有時間限制、食物質素又高、環境也舒適而最重要的是這裡給人很放鬆的感覺～在假日可以放鬆心情好好享受～

Was surprised as need to sit outdoor when enter. No air conditioning. Luckily it was not a very hot day when I went and they have outdoor fans. I will imagine it is a very nice outdoor restaurant in the evening. Food is good. Price is reasonable. Will consider to go back.
