14/12/2024📍Sick Burger話說🙆♂️講咗好耐想嚟食呢間嘅burger 搞到👩🏻🦰好期待😂 呢間小店真係幾細下 入面得三四個位 一路食一路聞到啲油煙味 座位側邊堆咗啲貨 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯✨撚手牛肉漢堡($88)✨雙層招牌牛肉漢堡($96)+薯條&冷泡茶 ($36)其實兩款嘅分別都唔大 只係第一款多咗個太陽蛋 所以食落juicy啲 我哋都鍾意第一款多啲 但小心啲蛋汁流晒落嚟 會整到成手都係😂牛肉嘅調味啱啱好 係薄身果type smash burger 所以冇咩肉汁 不過就有啲焦香薯條唔錯 新鮮炸起好夠脆!⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯最後埋單$220(冇加一)幾好食 對得住個價錢但如果餐廳提供埋濕紙巾會更加好 (我諗佢哋都唔會唔知啲客食burger食到成手都係掛😂)推薦指數🌟:4/5📍馬鞍山鞍祿街18號MOSTown新港城中心(5期)地下G04號舖

🐴呢度係馬鞍山嘅小店 專係賣漢堡包🍔店舖比較細 只有幾張高枱所以最主要都係外賣為主一路食都有好多人外賣拎走深受街坊歡迎我哋總共嗌咗三個漢堡 每一個嘅份量都好大個 🍔一隻手揸住成大啖咬落口 係食漢堡包嘅最高境界!🍔撚手牛肉漢堡 有大大隻單面蛋餅、培根、新鮮番茄片、洋蔥片,一口咬落去好多汁 ,漢堡都煎得好靚🍔另一個招牌牛肉漢堡係安格斯牛肉餅,呢個嘅漢堡就更加Juicy另外有生菜、招牌醬、起司、柚子、洋蔥醬、焦糖洋蔥🧅 🍔魚柳漢堡🐟太魚柳係用啤酒浸完再炸,所以就好似平時食Fish& chip 嗰啲魚柳咁樣 好脆😜再加埋醬汁就啱啱好而且下低仲有大量生菜🥦成個感覺都好Refreshing小食叫炸雞🍗,另外仲有金沙咸旦黃紫菜薯條🍟薯條真係全條都係蛋黃 仲要熱辣辣炸出嚟😍😍仲有青檸梳打tim!💚

自從開了銅鑼灣分店之後, 這一家從傳統美食沙漠殺出去核心區域的漢堡包店, 繼續在這裏默默經營著, 本店的堂食座位不多, 而且和廚房的距離相當接近, 吃完堂食之後的油煙味也蠻重的, 所以還是外賣吧! 漢堡包的水準在馬鞍山這區域依然是無出其右, 特別喜歡這裏的漢堡扒依然保持到出色的肉香和豐富的肉汁, 外脆內嫩, smashed burger的風格除了更有風味, 也不會太大塊, 吃起來也更為簡單順暢, 只是麵包保持軟熟口感之餘, 牛油香好像少了一點, 不知道是否為了更加健康還是改變了做法, 但還是比較喜歡以前Brioche般的. 炸雞粒加上紫菜和檸檬, 沒有令人討厭的蛋黃醬, 在上面加上薄薄的檸檬汁, 中和油膩之餘也能提味, 而且沒有蛋黃醬般過於濃厚的味道和質感, 破壞了炸雞本身的香脆和原本的肉香, 繼續值得支持.Since opening its branch in Causeway Bay, this burger shop, which emerged from a “traditional food desert” into the central area, has quietly continued its operations. The dine-in seating at the shop is limited and quite close to the kitchen, leaving a strong greasy smell after dining in. Takeaway is recommended! The burgers remain unmatched in the Ma On Shan area, especially the patties, which retain their excellent meaty aroma and juicy texture—crispy outside and tender inside. The smashed burger style adds flavor without being overly large, making it easier to enjoy. However, while the buns stay soft, they seem to lack some buttery richness compared to before—perhaps for health reasons or a recipe change. Previously, they were more brioche-like, which I preferred. The fried chicken bites with seaweed and lemon are also commendable. A light drizzle of lemon juice balances the greasiness and enhances the flavor without the overly thick taste and texture of mayonnaise, preserving the crispiness and natural meat aroma of the chicken. Still worth supporting!

發現我最鍾意嘅漢堡包店入邊竟然有埋意粉,決定要試吓呢個蕃茄肉醬意粉!呢個肉醬意粉平日先可以叫,所以咁啱我平日放假就過咗嚟食。意粉係一個set嚟嘅,仲有一個小食附送,炸雞粒係附送嘅。我另外再加咗個雞翼兩隻。呢間漢堡包店嘅香料做得好出色,所以炸雞粒同埋炸雞翼嘅香料都讓人回味無窮,而意粉呢都幾令我surprise,冇諗過係咁好食嘅,口感輕盈嘅蕃茄汁,好似湯麵咁樣,佢又唔係水希希,份量都幾充足,作為男仔食完都幾飽!

Burger” that is worth going all the way to check it out! 👀 There is another Sick! Burger in Causeway Bay but what’s so unique about this one is their Sick! Mian. 🍝 Here are what we ordered:🍜 Sick! Mian 🍜This is their signature dish which can only be found in this branch! 😉 Their noodles are made by hand ✋ and so is their broth, which is made with beef 🥩 and chicken 🍗 bones for hours! Breaking the egg 🍳 and mixing the minced beef and broth all together tastes amazing, 🤩 with a heavy beef taste! This is definitely a must-try and only available during lunch time! 😆 It also comes with some popcorn chicken on the side too! 😋🍔 Sick! Burger (Combo) 🍔This is their iconic burger with the usual stuffings and a juicy patty! 🤤 Their patty is marinated perfectly and tastes flavourful, with the sauce being paired fittingly. 😌🥤 Milksick 🥤They also have seasonal milkshake of choice and this time, they have Choco! Sick, which is chocolate 🍫 milkshake!
