SOMM - I know it through ig. The first photo is the introduction of urchin french toast. My thought was thinking how to mix French and Japanese ingredient? And I a fan of both. It drove me to book this by chance for friend birthday! Booked this a month ahead to ensure the table. The environment is for your chitchat more than spacious chill as no window. Ordered the brunch with free flow. It comes with pastries, salmon and hams, then main courses with dessert and coffee or tea. Pastries re crunc

Ordered the brunch with free flow. It comes with pastries, salmon and hams, then main courses with dessert and coffee or tea. Pastries re crunchy from MO bakery shop, the salmon is from Tasmania (which made me miss Oz) . First yummy!
Urchin french toast is individually good - fresh urchin and egg aroma french toast but urchin taste over french toast in one bite
The main course re pork belly and fresh truffle pasta . Both re tasty and the pork belly is not oily as imagined. Give a mark!

Okay - why not mention about free flow. Aww... I love wine tasting and tried most. Overall , 2 re impressive - mulled wine and champagne. Mulled wine is a must try item in Christmas but they gave me one cup only . Champagne for me is a bit pale but with fine bubbles. I believe MO considered the balance of taste buds on oil and wine. It’s more acidity to reduce the oily of food or much dishes.
Anyway, it’s good trial!
