Sueno 感覺係灣仔抵食餐廳之一,環境唔係特別好,但幾有格調,充滿工業風。食過幾次,今次試下lunch set 嘅油封鴨腿($168)。賣相討好,睇落鴨皮好脆,實際上都係脆皮。但入面嘅鴨肉就差少少,有啲乾,唔夠juicy,有啲可惜。如果入面稍為多汁啲,簡直抵食到爛。伴碟嘅蔬菜幾新鮮可以一食👍🏻。個set仲有南瓜湯同薯仔沙律,幾欣賞個南瓜湯,你話佢超甜又唔係但係就係好refresh又有南瓜味🥰值得一試。

If i had wanted to order food through an app i would have stayed at home ! Unfortunately that was the dining experience at Sueno. Want water, order through an app. Want food, order through an app. But the problem was the app was not reliable cos after waiting for 35mins (menu says food we ordered required a 30mins waiting time), my friend went to personally find the staff to ask them where was the wine we ordered through the app. Only then did they come running and realized our food and drinks order was not processed. So yes, we were left unattended for at least 35mins... not even a peek to see if we were still alive. Now i am starting to wonder were they piloting an unmanned restaurant concept ? Had the starters we ordered taste good, that would have compensated but no so we left. But still would like to share my thoughts on the starters.- Parma ham : You could tell just by look it's very aged and i'm NOT referring to duration meat was cured ! There's not the slightest hint of oil glistening and it's got a 'stored too long' taste. - Grilled ox tongue : Take one, we had to send it back cos it was not seasoned at all. Take two, didn't have any improvement, sigh. - Bread : Dry no softness and when i asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the nice waitress asked me what is balsamic vinegar. - Crispy bread with tomato thing trying to emulate bruschetta but without success. Only starter that we had no complaints were grilled octopus.

今個月生日🎂7月之星有成4個人🥳🎂上網見到好似好好味個西班牙海鮮飯🥘吸引左我來試,一入門口暗暗地夠氣氛,book左樓上,啲員工好有禮貌招待。。。。。野食質素都好好,最正係個西班牙海鮮飯,同慢煮乳豬,價錢適中,會再推薦朋友來食🥰😘

脫離居家工作,可以四出覓食,令到沉睡的鬥志重燃起來!是日的午餐吃西班牙菜,先上桌的蒜蓉大蝦乃西班牙小食當中小人的至愛:蒜香濃郁又入味,蝦肉夠香,爽彈有致,吃着超過瘾,風味相當獨特,一刻清碟!不少餐廳都會供應各類的焗蘑菇菜式,這兒的蘑菇肉厚味濃,夾雜著柔和的芝士味道和口感都相當不錯,雖則並非甚麼驚為天人之作,不過就是食得出有分別,值得一試。煮八爪魚就是一條大八爪魚鬚,肉質果然夠挺 - 挺得有點靭!肉是無味的,蘸了碟上的汁亦於事無補,正所謂試過就算。魷魚筒配大蝦,又是一道不太討好的菜式。蝦是大隻的,魷魚筒亦然,奈何都燒得不夠香,突出不了食材本身的鮮味。主菜方案感覺好像本地化了些,似乎餐廳在正宗西班牙風味與地道茶記之間取得了平衡。

1. 服務差: 成間餐廳得我地呢一枱, 2個女侍應好被動, 成日企埋一起傾計. 叫到先做. 埋單走嗰陣 一句多謝都冇. 尢如在茶餐廳用饍. 2. 價錢貴: 乳豬4,5 舊, 3百幾蚊. 唔扺食. 叫咗蝦意粉, 沙律, 燒雞, 咁就九百幾蚊. 3. 意粉一般, 蝦較新鮮. 4. 當日係為咗慶祝紀念日, 特意嚟呢間餐廳, 呢個侍應亦知, 而且我地少食西班牙菜., 又睇到呢度既好評. 所以嚟試下. 但最後係失望, 完全無賓至如回歸既感覺. 早知去食迥轉壽司好過.
