Pistachio x Matcha Green Tea Danish Stick - $9I already suspected that this is FLAWED from design. Danish sticks are best when they are served hot off the grill, but Matcha ganache won't set until it cools down all the way. Although the Matcha flavour was quite decent and so was the pistachio influence, the lack of HEAT means this was holding back it's potential butteriness aroma and crispiness. Although the Matcha flavour was quite decent and so was the pistachio influence, the lack of HEAT means this was holding back it's potential butteriness aroma and crispiness.
It's not bad and worth a try. But I would rather the Matcha be made into a sauce where the hot Danish stick can be dipped into it like a Churros & Chocolate drink.
