朝頭早九點見冇乜人入去食啦,嗌咗個佢話手指公嘅公司三文治,菜都冇條;唯一好處就係夠熱。餐肉火腿芝士蛋正常發揮。我阿媽叫咗個腸仔煎蛋多士,冇乜特別。我就要咗個Flat white,佢話同人哋唔同,即管試吓,我覺得好普通。今日嘅焦點嚟 》我阿媽唔飲咖啡叫咗杯熱朱古力,上到嚟成隻杯半個唇膏印仍然響杯度🤬 係血紅色 (唔係淺淺一個)係半個嘴! 跟住我話仲有成個唇膏印喎?!跟住佢話哎呀唔好意思。。。 有冇洗杯? 佢應該就咁將個杯熱朱古力倒落另外隻杯度。以後都唔會再來! 成間舖頭得三個人佢會有幾忙?

見寫住syphon coffee專門店,專程嚟試一試。點咗杯Ethiopia Guji嘅虹吸,諗住比較大路,相對穩陣。\一試難忘,因為好難飲,極度失望,完全冇風味、冇果味、冇香氣,淨係得個苦字,亦稱唔上係醇厚。虹吸式應該比手沖更能將咖啡的風味特出。即使傳統日式咖啡店用深焙嘅咖啡豆,都可以將單豆咖啡嘅特性做到出嚟。所以唔關深炒淺炒事,呢杯啡係 零!風!味!劣質程度似便利店coffee! 或更差。\臨走店員/ barista 問我覺得杯啡如何,我直言冇乜風味。佢竟然回應:Guji嘅特性就係甘香醇厚。我話:其實唔係,如果咁講所有咖啡都要甘香醇厚,但係單品咖啡就係需要有風味,我係完完全全飲唔到有任何香味,唔fruity亦唔nutty……佢最後亂答話:咁要試吓11號,我完全冇睇11號係咩產地,直接走人。好明顯個barista係死撐亂吹,冇誠意。\我唔知究竟係barista學藝未精,定係本身啲咖啡豆有問題。態度上亦唔似對咖啡有要求,似係想蒙混過關。對於自稱虹吸式咖啡專門店而沖出如此垃圾,實在好離譜!!😡😡

我與友人飲咗好多年精品咖啡,路過見到店名叫Syphon Coffee,諗咗一陣。。。決定入去試吓。總括嚟講,唔該店員、老闆重新再學吓咖啡先開。這餐廳以精品咖啡作為賣點,幾十款唔同產區嘅咖啡豆,最淺嘅已經係中炒。其實冇淺炒都唔係問題,因為日本主流都唔興淺炒,同樣帶出不同咖啡豆嘅特色。好啦,所以我哋叫咗一杯中炒嘅尼加拉瓜,不過這都不是重點。重點係,店員真係唔識的:我地:「你地有無啲炒得淺啲嘅豆?」店員:「淡啲呀?」我地非常愕然,唔明佢講乜,心諗:「乜野呀?」我地再問:「唔係,有冇炒得淺啲嘅豆?」店員:「炒得淺啲淡啲。」頓時間,我同友人真係着咗,有點想噴血的感覺我地:「炒得淺唔代表會淡啲個喎。」店員仲要再兜,我哋已經唔想同佢講咁多,直接嗌咗一杯。而呢杯咖啡亦都係呢位店員沖泡的。其實我只有聽過,沖得薄身,而唔係淡啲。呢樣係喺咖啡沖泡手法上面嘅調整,整杯咖啡唔係會淡咗,而係出嘅味道,同埋層次會唔同咗。無論你沖深炒豆或是淺炒豆,都可以調整。到我哋真係飲呢杯咖啡啦,好簡單,佢帶唔出一杯syphon coffee嘅特色。其實佢啲豆炒得咁深,正常都會帶一點點朱古力或者焦糖甜味,二如果用syphon(虹吸),一般都會比filter / pour over甜少少,一般果甜味會更突出。好可惜我哋手上呢杯尼加拉瓜係一啲甜味都冇。嘢食真係非常之一般,價錢亦唔係好平。咖啡當然就一啲都唔值呢個價錢啦!佢嘅咖啡豆質量一啲都唔高,都要$60一杯。離開之後友人問我,「我哋係唔係好harsh?」我話:「呢間餐廳個名叫syphon coffee,以虹吸咖啡做招徠。佢咁有guts 咁樣定位自己間舖頭,唔係唔stand the challenge 嘛?」我成日都覺得精品咖啡,真係要入民間,而唔係繼續留喺中產世界,為中產文化獨有。不過,係普及精品咖啡嘅同時,唔該都唔好影衰呢種文化。我真係唔知道呢位店員,同左幾多位油麻地嘅街坊講「炒得淺啲即係淡啲」,真係唔好散播Fake News。

見相片唔差,又想食漢堡,即管試一次,午餐時間都唔滿座,係舒服嘅,不過,入店後一啲咖啡味都無,唔太似佢主打多種專業咖啡店😅食物賣相基本上唔差,但就係家庭式嘅吝嗇材料,變相差咗好貴黑松露意粉,差不多食唔到黑松露味,上枱好香,但係黑椒味,黑松露醬只有尾指甲大少份量,收$78有點騙人了😅如果呢個收平廿蚊係蘑菇白汁意粉會好好多,個白汁都好味,可有3-4星,但宜家只值2星彩椒煙肉味道太健康啦,太清淡,應該可以更好味牛油果夾餅(無記錯的話$48),牛油果算多,醬汁少但同事都接受少汁乾身,沙律菜都有點醬汁漢堡加錢轉牛肉,醬汁就只有包底少少,無肉汁關係,漢堡太乾,漢堡肉較實,味道濃,可能唔係手打肉,菜都算得上新鮮,不過西生菜賣相唔夠好睇,除咗太乾之外,味道都唔錯。沙律菜有幾滴沙律醬綠茶咖啡,啡味同樣好淡。朱古力奶又係淡,同事甚至話淡過麥記😆以四五十蚊杯真係太貴凍利賓納唔洗廿蚊,夠味相對抵飲😅😁基本味道唔係差唔係難食,如果唔係咁孤寒吝嗇所有味道材料醬汁,其實可以更好,但呢個價就太貴唔值了,尤其咖啡朱古力奶

Walked into this half empty coffee shop at lunch hour with all seated customers already served their meals. Ordered a takeaway large latte for $58 and ended up waiting for 15 minutes when my order was the only one in the kitchen. When I requested for no plastic bag, I was told by the barista that he recommended I keep it because the plastic lid was ill-fitted and that he warned me to be wary when drinking from the cup in case of spillage. I ended up drinking straight from the cup without the lid and was greeted by the underwhelming sight of a cha-chaan-teng (local fast food restaurant) looking frothless coffee that was scalding hot and nearly had my tongue burnt. I later found out from the menu that I had to add on $5 in order to get foamed milk - seriously? I have already paid $58 for a coffee which is significantly priced above average for the area. The taste was also below mediocre - I could definitely make better coffee at home with my nespresso machine. Will not recommend.
