依家嚟親蘭桂芳都係朝早食 brunch，健康新人類~ 嚟到覺得個地點好熟悉，原來之前去過3樓食巴西燒肉放題，今次即管睇下阿根廷扒又得唔得先~ ((呢度雖然係一間 steak house 但係食牛扒之外都有好多選擇~))~Appetizer~Argentinian Chorizo Bombon煙肉包阿根廷香腸配腌辣椒和烤胡椒 - 好食，肉汁好豐富而且脆身，配埋個阿根廷青醬嘅酸發揮到解膩效果~Marinated Shrimp Ceviche 🦐蕃茄柑橘汁腌蝦配辣椒和芫茜 - 平時嘅 Ceviche 多數係刺身，特別問咗呢款唔係生蝦，係熟嘅再用冷盤形式食用 （對平時唔敢生食 Ceviche 嘅朋友更加友好）~酸咪咪少少辣嘅醬汁加爽口蝦肉夠清新開胃~Traditional Argentinian Empanada (Cheese) 傳統阿根廷芝士餡餅配蕃茄莎莎醬 - 餡餅外脆口感有啲似角仔，入面滿滿嘅香濃芝士，加 salsa 呢個組合無得輸~Main Course~Bife de Ancho - Ribeye Steak (300g), selection of house sauces 肉眼牛扒 -朋友唔鍾意封門柳所以揀咗呢款肉眼~口感軟腍唔會太肥，入面仲係粉粉嫩嫩的，正！🥩最正係有多款醬汁比你配搭。食阿根廷扒就梗係要配返個阿根廷青醬~滿滿嘅香草加酸香嘅口味，質感油潤濃厚同牛扒好搭~Crispy Confit Duck Leg 脆皮油封鴨腿配燉紫甘藍及橙汁- 鴨腿皮裹咗啲漿比平時一般嘅烤焗更脆身，肉嫩一切就成絲~而且個汁底幾特別，唔錯！Sea Bass Fillet Fennel and Orange Salad, caper butter 鱸魚柳配香橙茴香沙律及奶油酸豆- 魚相對無咁特別，正常口味~ 但個 茴香橙幾正好 refresh，飲完酒食幾爽😂~Sides~Garlic and Parsley Skinny FriesButter Potato PureeMixed Green Salad價錢睇下咩 main course，平均 250-350 左右就有前菜主菜同埋 sides ~ 最抵係 add on Free flow 好平，加188 有兩個鐘頭，不得了！🍾🍷真係你把我灌醉~~

Christmas Festive Lunch好食好食好好食啊啊啊啊Shrimp好清新😭😭😭好開胃真係好食Chicken broth好好飲好多料 好清我好愛牛扒。一百二十分。超好食。本身已經好食。加埋其他醬都不得了。I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!RISOTTO IS SO GOOD又係一百二十分！！！！芝士好香 蒜蓉好食😭😭😭😭Skinny Fries真係好脆我好鍾意 份量都好多 係有蒜蓉撈埋超好食Cauliflower身為芝士控，as a cheese lover, i ABSOLUTELY LOVED ITLemon and sesame cake好清新好食！！

Lunch同事帶我黎食好西😁Ceviche de Salmon呢個三文魚前菜，食落有少少酸酸地，好開胃Empanada Jamón餡餅外皮香脆，入面有火腿同芝士，加埋蕃茄醬食不錯👍Parmentier Confit Duck Leg鴨腿肉質嫩滑，薯蓉食落有啲甜甜地Milanesa Napolitana炸牛扒食落就比較普通，因為炸過所以牛扒會係全熟，相對地比較遜色。黎呢到都係要食鐵板上既牛扒最好👍👍👍牛味濃郁、肉質嫩滑、仲有好多款唔同嘅醬汁俾你揀，梗有一款啱你口味😆😆Flan de Chocolate睇落似蛋糕，但其實佢係布甸黎，有濃濃朱古力味，不錯！

店內環境舒適， 場內氣氛幾好店員有禮貌，唔小心book錯左時間都幫會你改反，態度唔錯當日試左2個set，除左春雞外，其他味道都好，尤其係牛扒同頭盤既牛油果呑拿魚。整體來說值得一去，會再番食。

The skin is really crispy while the meat is so tender. As a fan for duck leg confit, I give it a A😍Got churro as dessert to end the meal, it was okay, nothing surprising but still worth ordering to feel like a proper three course meal😅
