Thai Farmer Restaurant (已結業)

今天午飯揾食時行過，見只有一，二個人排隊，所以决定之吃這間，有時經過會有好多人排隊，但無來一段時間，發覺又加了價。今天地order了濕炒豬肉河粉，同事就點了青咖喱鷄。味道就一般般，但有湯和甜品及飯品，算係咁。

Food was average. Staff were grumpy and we never managed to get their attention, even when trying to pay the bill. It wasn't even very busy We ordered the fried noodles which was bland and they didn't have any lime to give to us. No flavour to dish and was greasyMinimum $100 to pay with card

Thai Farmer opens till 1am, so it's perfect for tipsy people we have been drinking after work for hours and forget to have dinner before midnight.... Despite of not being 100% sober every time I set foot in this humble-on-the-outside, comfortable-on-the-inside little restaurant, I could still tell that the flavour is authentic and ingredients are very fresh. In addition, the dishes are not excessively seasoned, allowing the original taste of ingredients to thrive without being heavy in calories!

宜家係灣仔番工，就當然要試下附近的特色小店啦。 今次揀咗間細舖頭的泰國餐廳- Thai Farmer. 舖頭細細又係lunch 的繁忙時間，仲要係一個人，都預咗係搭枱同好逼嫁啦。先黎一碗青瓜紅蘿蔔湯，湯都清清地幾好飲。主菜係肉碎炒河粉。 河粉用咗正宗泰國的超闊河粉，小妹子都覺得夠惹味的。分量都ok多，不過餸就少啲，係河粉多。之後有一個小甜品，芒果西米露，同餐茶。小甜品有真正的芒果粒，都已經算唔錯啦。一餐唔過$60的lunch算係咁啦。

It was a Thursday night around 22:00. I was able to get a seat as soon as I showed up. The waitress was very nice and helpful when helping me decide what to eat. 每次好攰好攰放工想食 thai food都會想食呢間，service好，食物唔錯又價錢適中，個蝦刺新超新鮮又大隻，個陰公湯又 spicy得黎易入口，唔會一味係咁辣，生菜包必點，生菜超大塊又乾淨新鮮，仲有烏頭，夠入味，係時候再三五知己再食食食喇！

I chose a lunch set the main curry chicken with Thai style milk tea and a tiny bowl of dessert ($5X). There were not much boneless and skinless chicken pieces and potatoes but had a large amount of onion. The curry-coconut flavour sauce with mind spicy was quite nice and was a good match with rice.  As for the milk tea, tea flavour was not strong and tiny bowl of the dessert was sweet purple rice soup which was super sweet. 今日同朋友出灣仔食晚飯，因為大家都鐘意食泰國菜，就試D左間Thai Farmer Restaurant。餐廳唔算大，裝修都有D舊，但最重要都係D食物。餐牌選擇都唔算少，但因為得兩個人，可以叫的款式唔算太多。泰式炒雜菜 - 味道一般，只係普通的泰式炒雜菜。泰式鴨肉碎生菜包 - 味道比想像中辣，但泰式鴨肉好香口，包埋生菜中和返個味道其實都幾好味，而且分量都唔少。鄉村酸辣明爐魚 - 成晚最期待的菜式，除左條魚夠新鮮同滑之外，個湯底都好好味，酸酸辣辣的湯汁滲入到細嫩的魚肉，令人回味無窮。整體而言，食物質素唔錯，有正宗泰國菜的味道，餐廳環境都可以接受，價錢係灣仔區來講都唔算特別貴，一試無妨。

食物分量很少，質量一般。57元的黃咖喱牛飯套餐只有四片牛肉，也根本不是牛腩。所謂的甜品綠豆湯只有約15ml，凍奶茶也只有半杯，服務態度差，未吃完就催買單。不會再光顧。

同事們一直都有留意這間泰菜館，平日Lunch hour12:30已經有人到門外等位。今日，我們8個女人仔決定要即興一試。菜館非常細，大概可以容納30人，所以8位已經是只此一台，再多也要明天請早。食泰菜，例必要生菜包、冬蔭公、飛天通菜、柚子沙律、生蝦...可惜，今日無生蝦，無通菜，唯有再要海南雞飯、三味魚、一個大拼盤。先讚一讚冬蔭公，絕對是在香港飲過之中最好味的，酸辣味平均，正！生菜包好辣，一人一件後，再沒有人能繼續挑戰。我要特別推介大拼盤，熱辣辣不在話下，當中的魚餅最好味，通常香茅魚餅會被香茅味蓋過整個魚餅，我終於食到較為「清新」的一間，當然要吃兩件才滿足。吃飽飽，正想結賬的時候，原來有甜品，是一小碗的椰汁西米露，非常足料，內裡有新鮮椰子肉，感覺十分完滿我看過食評，大多數都不滿店舖服務態度，沒錯，真的很差，可能我們並不是單吃lunch set，要了幾道菜，所以店員「變臉」了。

在灣仔一帶工作，與同事們相約吃個愉快的午餐，一致決定吃泰國菜，我都已經有一段時間沒有吃泰國菜了，在openrice找找有什麼好吃，看到thai farmer的食評與相片都頗吸引，於是便決定來此一試。我們一行5人，每人要了一個set lunch，首先侍應們為我們每人遞上一碗餐湯，我們都很疑惑到底這裡是泰國餐廳還是茶餐廳!?這碗湯似中式湯，味道很普通很淡，只是放些蘿蔔、瓜、肉碎、蜜棗和南北杏的湯，唯一的好處就是味精不重。這是海南雞飯，我想大家都誤會了海南雞飯的意思了，這個似中式的手絲雞，味道一般，肉質不過不失，而飯也很奇怪，海南雞飯的飯不應該是黃色油飯嗎!?值得欣賞的是那個醬汁，辣辣的很開胃。 這個是腩肉菜，一點也不泰式。 我想最值得讚的便是這個牛咖哩牛配白飯，咖哩煮得很香，遠處就聞到有咖哩味，有泰國茄子，這個才是正宗的泰國菜喔! 不過牛肉的質素有點惡劣，沒有味道而有點粗嚡。我們全都點了青檸水，令大家又疑惑了一次，為什麼不放半粒青檸令這杯青檸水賣相好點呢!?當然，這才是名符其名的青檸+水!跟餐除了有餐湯、主菜、飲品還有一個甜品，這個甜品是綠豆沙，不過不失，不會太甜，起碼有很多綠豆，不是只有
