琴日3點令過了北角見客即係諗起想食呢間burger去到無咩人唔晒等位睇佐一陣menu最後都係決定揀THE BIG BITE再加$18要埋汽水同薯條因為即叫即製關係等了around 10分鐘黎到，我急不及待先吃薯條嘩，熱辣辣，好好食之後就當然係食the big bite咬一口，嘩，好juicy呀d汁溜晒出黎好滿足呀!$60食了很飽既一餐而且店員又nice抵賺!

From opening till now, this is always my favorite burger place in HK!!!! Although I won't say they are cheap .... but they have the yummiest burgers I've had so far (including outside of HK)!!!! 某D食肆可能出咗名後食物水準就下降, 但北角嘅Big Bite就無加價之餘仲Keep倒水凖。完整$84蚊個餐, 即叫即做, 牛肉同上次一樣有純牛肉如牛扒般的質感。而且蔬菜用料新鮮, 用料十足, 冇縮水。而果芝士Protein好味而價錢合理,平均只係$22。MK, 景隆街某些店最少都收$35, 所以都值得支持。

呢一日, 收工之後覺得好累啦, 本來約左d朋友話去行下街睇下聖誕燈熄, 但返完工既我得返半條人命…決定返屋企歸位!!所以唯自己去買個聖誕大餐比自己食囉~~去開北角, 記得有一間好好食既隱世漢堡包店~~係幾好食嫁~~最尾去the big bite 到買外賣囉!!因為今日唔想食牛肉, 所以一問之下有咩簡, 好似食魚都唔錯war~~就咁就簡左食個fish burger 啦!!一個餐, 有杯野飲, 有一杯薯條, 仲有個炸魚漢堡~~返到哩, 個漢堡都仲暖暖地, 唔錯!!真係幾好食, 成塊魚柳~~無呃人~~~杯薯條係肥薯條, 一睇就知同麥記既差好遠啦!!!呢一餐超正!!^^

繼續使用團購網站買回來的消費券，早前以半價試完 Shake'em Buns 及 Gourmet Burger Union 的漢堡包，今次第三擊又於另一網站以 $100 買入價值 $200 的飲食現金券。其實這間位於北角健威坊的加拿大式漢堡包店，我們一家人曾於今年農曆年前光顧過一次，覺得食物水準一般，當時還用了開飯網站提供的 $1 芝士燒烤汁薯條優惠券，不過那陣子本人還未有寫食評的習慣，只在此網站齋睇唔寫，所以沒有拍下任何照片。之前兩次，在 Shake'em Buns 及 GBU 兩間店舖都是把所購食物外帶回家，所以食品質素都打了點折扣，不過今晚打算趁兒子考完試，心情輕鬆些，一家人到訪此店，即場吃這裡的漢堡及薯條等。據說這裡的店主曾在加拿大留學並曾於當地餐廳工作，因此對加拿大式漢堡的醬汁很有心得，所以這店的漢堡都是以加拿大風格為藍本炮製，連店內的醬汁如蛋黃醬、墨西哥辣醬等都店主自家製的。我們大約晚上六點半到達，由於時間尚早，店內沒有其他顧客，我們選了一張六人檯坐下。The Big Bite ($42) -- 這個以店名命名的包，內藏一塊據講是 5 又 1/3 安士的烤漢堡，這塊牛肉

是夜很晚才收工，反正家又沒飯吃，放工又是去尋吃之時，在飢腸轆轆底下，我這等食肉獸忽然想吃一大堆的Junk Food，但此時已近十時，那怎麼辦？莫非要去老麥？我不甘心，最後找了它。這店除了開得夠夜之外，另外一個好的地方是它有貴網提供的優惠劵，只要買任何的漢堡包及熱狗，就可以以一元換得一客Poutine，餓極的我不能就此滿足，點了一客水牛雞翼，以慰勞我是日的辛勞。一口氣來了Poutine及店家的Original Burge “The Big Bite”，其實就是店家最基本的牛肉漢堡。漢堡扒以煎板即生煎至熟，包烘得熱一熱，加上大大片的紅洋蔥圈、生菜、蕃茄加酸瓜，再加了點混醬，其實即是由芥末、茄汁及沙律醬混成的汁，看來都幾美味，那塊牛肉的汁滴得滿個盒也是。由上至下一咬，面層的包既香脆又鬆軟，之後的蕃茄片及紅洋蔥圈都是夠新鮮，前者軟腍多汁，後者清鮮爽口，可是咬入一點又是另一點事，那執牛肉明顯不是煎得太熱，可能主因都是混醬本身是凍的關係，加上又是凍的菜類，弄得吃起來溫溫吞吞，但一向其他地方的漢堡包，縱使外層的肉冷卻了一點，其中心仍會是火熱熱的，可惜今天的牛肉不熱之外，吃入口更是有丁點筋，縱使牛肉仍

新開一間飽店啊…so good....i like it.....見到有coupon係烤汁芝士薯條優惠,就被$1既優惠吸引住了,去到櫃檯落單, 真係非常好,有附設中文的menu,but店員都係say英語的!then 我叫佐個Mushroom Burger同烤汁芝士薯條薯條wow.....so good ~ 牛肉既肉汁頗豐，牛味總好濃郁，漢堡多汁分量十足....配料十分豐富! 而且薯條係新鮮炸起的,香脆得黎總有烤汁同芝士…拉住d芝士…超吸引,趁熱吃最好引唔住要食佐佢…非常香口….值得再食啦!!推介~~

有日無端端係屋企好想食fish&chips而我朋友住係the big bite附近所以便相約去食個午飯.我地三個人SHARE,叫左-CHEESE　ＢＵＲＧＥＲ-ＦＩＳＨ & CHIPS-辣肉醬薯條（唔太記得個名）之後再叫-水牛雞翼（中辣）我地覺得最好食0既係"薯條"炸魚薯條的炸魚都唔係好厚粉要趁熱個時食 再加LEMON汁 GOOD水牛雞翼都不錯但中辣都唔係好夠辣所以下次可以要最辣XD返而個人認為BURGER不太好因肉有點DRY~店舖不大但都算舒服!總體都好食值得一食;D
