哇 點解咁多喊樣嘅??!  上星期日起身已 3:00PM 上環付近sunday 無咩嘢食 就行左去食  Flying Pan. 仍然叫了例牌  Smoked Salmon Benedict. side 就係 tomato + potato. 同以往一樣好好食. smoked salmon 亦算好多分量~ 蛋係暖的 應該唔係pre made..包也是熱的.. presentation 也好好. service 都好好. 可能唔算busy 啦. 我對那麼多bad 評 真係嚇親。

你們最喜歡哪家餐廳的All day breakfast？其中一家我們最喜歡的餐廳便要數Flying Pan，因為它的早餐配料選擇豐富、味道貼近英式口味、而且是通宵營業，因而得到不少喜愛“早餐“的人垂青。我們更是為了香港少有的英式Black Pudding及貝果(Bagel)而來！源自英倫三島的All day breakfast又名English Full Breakfast，是英國菜中重要的一環；英語世界如美國、澳洲、加拿大等深受英國文化影響的地區，在菜系中也會有Full Breakfast。英式早餐中，一定不會缺少炒蛋、煙肉、多士、番茄、焗豆、蘑菇等；配上一杯咖啡或奶茶，便能為人的一天作一個豐盛的開始。來到Flying Pan，一份早餐的各樣配料都能自由選配，例如不選多士則可選鬆餅、牛角包、班戟、肉桂圈等。不想頭痛自選的話也會有Combo可選，我們便點了一個British Fly up及一個the Full English。British Fly up中有炒蛋、煙肉、番茄、焗豆、蘑菇，Black pudding及另選了一個貝果(Bagel)。炒蛋香滑煙肉香脆，各樣的配料都新鮮好味，但

Just ordered a bacon sandwich and it has to be the worst thing ive ever eaten - and I am extremely hungover..... how can it be this bad? Waited 30 mins for it and you would expect it to be fresh...... Microwaved bread - so dry that I actually cannot swallow it - do not waste your money here - go to Wagyu Lounge next door - may be a bit more money but at least its fresh. Will never return.

The FoodIsn't it wonderful to wander out on Sunday morning to have a leisurely English Breakfast?So imagine the sheer terror of gleefully ordering Flying Pan's "Full English" and being served a couple of Weisswurstel from deepest Germany, or maybe they were chipolatas, I don't know, but they definitely weren't English Sausage Links as advertised. 一直很期待試試這餐廳，終於有機會了。可能我太遲，已到了素質下調的時候。和同事一起去，由訂位開始已困難重重。菲律賓藉侍應完全不能以英語溝通，到達後也是一副懶洋洋的邊吃飯邊serve 客。食物方便便更令人失望了，只是碟很大，食物很乾很小，完全是翻叮翻熱下的產物，毫無技巧可言。brunch 最重要之coffee, 竟然要加20元才有。140的午餐，其他更好的選擇太多了。還有，他們有時候會保持大門開着，外面有人抽煙又不管。又突然開大冷氣，吹著你和已經不熱的食物⋯ 好差...

小妹自中五起就鍾意黎呢度食all day breakfast，貪佢成日清清地無咩人之餘又開24，不過重點都係好好味，對於當時無零用錢要補習維生既我，拎100蚊出黎食個all day breakfast但都捨得，到大學畢業都有keep住番黎食。不過呢兩年唔知搞咩鬼，愈來愈唔似樣。今次收工同呀q黎到呢邊飲下野，順便黎度食餐早餐，真係我食過咁多次最衰既！！叫左個salmon egg benedict 加波菜，個波菜無波菜味不單止，仲趙到打哂喳係得個自選tomato soup保持水準鮮美味。呀q叫既monster burger仲衰，medium beef血水多到巴巴聲，成塊包皮濕到拎唔起黎食，最後要當自己食扒咁据。好失望，不過自佢無左openrice獎之後水準下滑，我都愈來愈少黎食，估唔到宜家變成咁，再食breakfast睇黎只好番breaklane了。

這個下午，相約了好友到久仰大名的the flying pan吃late lunch.或者在英國讀書的關係，吃過英國的full breakfast & egg benedict後，回港試了幾間cafe重溫它們的味道，換來的只有失望，所以是在對香港的英式菜沒有太高期望的情況下，去一試這間在soho的café.下午3時，餐廳內很冷清，只有兩枱顧客。餐牌上有很多搭配和選擇，令人眼花紊亂。好不容易，我和友人才選了餐。我們選了egg piccatta，配上salad和grilled tomato。Poach egg over-cooked , 切開蛋時沒有蛋黃流出來，很失望。但雞扒配上磨菇很好吃。Salad的醬料沒什麼特別。另外點了pancake 和French toast with raspberries。Pancake很軟身，但本人卻認為和mcdonald的分別不大。唯一特別的是那個blueberry syrup。相比之下French toast較為香口，軟身的french toast帶有濃濃的蛋香，和翻熱了淋身的raspberries 一同吃十分配合。但個人認為牛油味過重，令整個口感過膩。T

I and my husband came here at around 12midnight, heard about this restaurant. My friends told me that they serve 24hours a day. I ordered eggs and bacon, pancake, with 2 side and coffee, which was pretty big for me, but I finish the whole place, the bacon was very good, not too salty, was just right. 是日同友人想係中環揾間唔太貴又可以慢慢坐既餐廳，行過荷李活道，不如就去食flying pan啦!星期五晚既flying pan竟然只有一半坐滿：D一如以往，蘿拔妹看完一輪menu永遠都系叫返Eggs Tapenade (eggs benedict with olive spread and feta cheese)！因為呢三樣野都係蘿拔妹既摯愛！切開賓尼迪蛋，流心程度剛剛好！烘得非常脆既english muffin吸收曬所有蛋汁，好吃得很！hollandaise sauce酸味剛好，唔好太濃搶走蛋香。Olive Spread Feta Cheese咸香十足, Yum!!!另外配菜要左spiced apples同埋fresh fruit，蘋果滿滿肉桂味，煮得非常香，推介！另外因為怕滯而叫既fresh fruit都非常令人滿意，提子、蜜瓜、火龍果、青蘋果等等都新鮮！中環食一餐好吃的，只需要80蚊，又可以慢慢坐，抵了吧！

Went to The Flying Pan in the afternoon - after the lunch rush so I didn't have to wait at all for a table. I have been in the past during lunchtime and it's packed! A lazy sunday ...sleep till noon. Felt hungry and wanted something westen style.So my hubby drove me to SOHO for brunch.It was the first time I try egg benedict in HK.
