The Lobster spaghetti is evil, you are not going to regret it.

We had a wonderful time dining at Town 93’s dinner event. Food was exquisite, surrounding was cozy & comfortable and service was excellent! It was a collaboration dinner between Chef Lionel Bodros & Cheffe Hrloise Fischbagh. We will definitely come back and try their weekend brunch.

What attracted me to check out this French cafe / restaurant was actually the bearbrick decorations. Now that I’ve been to this place a few times and tried a number of different dishes, I gotta say the main courses (meat or fish) and the desserts never disappointed me. Also special shout out to the coffee flavoured hazelnut egg white snacks they sell at the counter. Super yummy~

Avoid avoid avoid ! Prepared to be ripped off I was looking forward to trying this place as I was attracted to the signboards down below. I thought it would be a nice French Bistro serving hearty food. Instead of a relaxing cafe, as it’s decor leads you to believe it tries to be something it isn’t. A wanna be fine dining restaurant…When asked if we would like any water we both said warm water and the server immediately advised us this would cost $28 a glass ! So my photos say it all, it charges

When asked if we would like any water we both said warm water and the server immediately advised us this would cost $28 a glass !

So my photos say it all, it charges $288 for set lunch and if you want to upgrade to steak flank they will charge an extra $70, if you want to upgrade your dessert from a tiramisu they will charge you an extra $42. I understand the odd $20 extra but I can go buy another slice of cake and coffee for that extra cost elsewhere !

Apologies as I didn’t take a photo of the menu. Appetizers were soup / salad and poached egg / and for the other main course choices were a cheesy pasta and a grilled salmon with salad which both sounded unappealing.

As we upgraded to the measly steak flank paying and extra $70 there were no fries or mash!!! And only 3 little tiny eggplants (not even rib eye or sirloin btw)the set lunch cost us $358+10% service charge. For $400 set lunch I expect better service and better /bigger portions !!!
And we didn’t even get any drinks…. Not even any tap water as we would have been charged $30 including service charge!

$400 Does not include any drinks what so ever not even TAPWATER!!!!

Unfortunately I will not be going again to get ripped off. Location is great but other than that nothing else stands out for this place

Didn’t plan to come back after having a bad experience with their services from my last visit. Revisited this place today cause I was thinking their service level might have improved. But I was soooo wrong. Their employees are still really rude….


After ordering some cakes as our afternoon tea (at 2pm), the Asian short hair waitress ordered the Indian waitress to come tell us they actually have a minimum charge of $150 per person (after one of the cakes arrived at our table😂). This is like a rip off when this statement isn’t stated on the food menu and when this wasn’t mentioned when we first landed the restaurant.


It’s okay if that’s a new policy but you need to be upfront with your customers.


The waitresses here thought they are working for a 5 stars restaurant😂😅 They are just very arrogant and not being well educated by their owners.


With the poor service that we got, we ended up leaving the restaurant. No point to waste money in a place that you can’t buy happiness



Definitely not coming back anymore for the bad service. Ended up went to Joel Robuchon in Landmark which is really close by to experience a way better service😅

從入門口一進感覺就相當法國, 有相當法式風情的壁畫和很多法國景點的擺設, 有趣的是另一面又有Bearbrick和Kaws的版畫, 相當Trendy. 餐廳入口不太易找, 又要上不少級樓梯, 又有點隱世, 而主理人Chef Lionel和Frederic這二人組合的, CV卻相當High Profile, 例如是Joel Robuchon, MO及Pierre Herme Paris的Pastry, 他倆相識相交三十多年, 同樣出身自巴黎周邊的塞納聖但尼省, 在法國的行政區號是93, 也就是這Bistro名字的由來.作為Pastry Chef, 這裏主打的是麵包及蛋糕等烘焙品, 當中的Egg Benedict和Croque Monsieur也是必吃的單品. 外賣的烘焙品以小巧精緻為主, 像是Canele, madeleine及financier. Canele內裡的蛋糕糊依然保持軟溶的狀態, 酒香和焦糖香濃烈, 比一般的重口味, 也較少糖份. Madeleine和Financier同樣也是法式小蛋糕, 分別是前者用的是全蛋和Baking Powder, 口感較鬆化; 後者用的只是蛋白, 以杏仁粉代替Baking Powder, 除了有杏仁果香外, 口感也紮實得多.

Town93cafe is operated by Chef Lionel and Chef Frederic who are friends for more than 30 years. Raised from District 93 of France near Paris, their CVs were so brilliant that included Joel Robuchon and Pierre Herme. As experienced pastry chefs, their egg Benedict and madame croque are excellent and I can say they are one of the best in the town. The Hollandaise sauce with yuzu makes the egg Benedict more refreshing. The cheese, toast and fried egg are perfectly balanced in the madame croque. Of coz the small cakes of this beat to are must try items as well.

My friend had arranged a gathering at this cafe, she arrived slightly early and ordered food and drinks prior my arrival. In the beginning, upon my arrival, I was led to my friend by this female staff. The cafe was quiet and not too busy, but I realised the staff members were unable to serve me. So I went to the side to grab a menu to see what to order. After my drink order was taken, I decided to perhaps take another order for food later on. My friend had arranged a gathering at this cafe, she arrived slightly early and ordered food and drinks prior my arrival.

In the beginning, upon my arrival, I was led to my friend by this female staff. The cafe was quiet and not too busy, but I realised the staff members were unable to serve me. So I went to the side to grab a menu to see what to order. After my drink order was taken, I decided to perhaps take another order for food later on.

This elderly male staff came to me with my pot of tea, very patiently explaining the procedure of drinking the tea with a very friendly attitude. Ten minutes later, the female staff who led me in, came to our table and asked us to order some food other than drinks, which we felt really weird as if she was slightly forcing us to order something no matter what. My friend had already had a piece of madeleine, so I decided to go to the counter and order a piece too, along with a Canelé to go, which they recommended.

As we were having our regular conversation while sipping through coffee and tea, the female staff came to our table and took away my friend’s mug which she had some remaining bottom of her coffee left unfinished. My friend was very shocked but never minded to stop her as she was almost finished with the drink. Throughout our little catch up, we noticed this female staff had been wandering around every single table that had customers, browsing through their empty plates and mugs, and regularly asking and taking them away as if this is her habit, despite that this is one of the Hong Kong culture in lots of cha chan tengs, it can be slightly impolite to some people when they are enjoying their meals, especially in a high end French owned cafe.

After a while, we noticed she started asking people to order more food again. We understand the fact that there is a minimum charge per person, but the staff was pretty pushy, forcing people to order additional items which felt unpleasant. Plus, it was a regular Sunday afternoon, and the cafe did not seem to close soon, the staff approached to different tables again, including us, handing out the bills and asking customers to pay already. We immediately felt pressured to stay in the cafe a minute longer, my pot of tea was halfway through, but she decided to serve customers in a way as if she was trying to tell us to leave, when the cafe was half empty. We would understand this kind of action taken if the cafe was packed and busy.

We decided to leave afterwards as the experience was unwelcoming. This female staff for sure was not helping with the business. Other than these above, everything else was fine.

這和牛牛扒賣相不錯, 牛扒煎至medium rare, 肉質軟稔,又有肉味,肉的纖維適中,

這芝士旦糕真係強烈推介!這蛋糕口感香滑,在滑溜奶油忌廉嘅中間夾着鮮芒果和芒果醬,芒果味濃度爆燈,酸酸甜甜又有芒果嘅鮮味,加埋杏仁餅底,太好吃了!必點!

這朱古力榛子蛋糕十分滋味。creamy 的朱古力忌廉密度幾高,有絲滑口感和超濃的牛奶朱古力味,夾上脆口榛子和鬆化的朱古力旦白餅,朱古力味濃得很,朱古力迷大愛。

可能呢間餐廳比較新所以不需要排隊我們就有位了做完人生一大樂事按摩之後我就去見我嘅咖啡伴侶我們一行三人講明咖啡伴侶咁梗係要order咖啡咖啡係OK嘅之後order咗lobster Benedict, Milliefeuile with chocolate fudge+ madeleines. 草根階層嘅我當其中一個大廚送甜品俾我哋嘅時候我哋就有啲尷尬因為我哋以為佢送咗兩個甜品俾我哋其實係一個甜品我哋就同佢講咦我哋冇order呢個喎其實原來佢係會用嗰個chocolate fudge片啲朱古力落我哋個milliefeuille 呢個真係好好味跟住我再食我嘅lobster Benedict 嘩真係唔錯另外個Madeleines都好味佢嘅Service係唔錯嘅尤其是嗰位叔叔佢早半個鐘提醒我哋coffee shop會閂門態度10分良好唯一少少feedback 之後有位外籍女士五點之前又再remind我哋同埋佢嘅態度好似想趕我哋走咁, 本人覺得咖啡室就係俾我哋同朋友傾吓計relax下但係佢咁樣講我哋走我就覺得有啲唔係幾好除咗呢樣之外其他我都好滿意亦都會再嚟
