調酒可以差到咁都算大開眼界。如果你係為酒而來,just leave ASAP. 到訪當晚,隔離檯幾位女士一路同侍者大聲嘻笑,場面好似牛郎店。而該侍者為我們上酒時,甚至無法正確講出每杯酒嘅名。認真的嗎?

I recently visited with a group of friends on a Friday night, and I must say that the overall experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my negative review in the hope that others can avoid the disappointment we encountered.

First and foremost, I had made a reservation for our group of eight people, but to our surprise, we were not informed about the 90-minute time limit upon arrival. We were abruptly forced to leave when we had only been there for around 80 minutes. It is important to note that each of us had ordered at least two drinks, so we were definitely not occupying the table without spending. In fact, we even inquired whether we could extend our stay by continuing to order, but our request was outright rejected.

Furthermore, the quality of the drinks was simply horrendous. This is not just my personal opinion; every single person at our table found the special menu for that night to be utterly disappointing. We were informed that there would be an award-winning bartender serving that evening, which only heightened our expectations. However, the cocktails we received were far from award-worthy. The flavors were off and overall, they failed to meet even the most basic standards of a decent drink. It was truly disheartening.

To make matters worse, the wait staff at the bar repeatedly interrupted our limited time by asking if we wanted another round of drinks every 20 minutes. Given the fact that we were already aware of the 90-minute session restriction, this constant badgering felt intrusive and unnecessary. It disrupted our conversations and created an atmosphere of discomfort. It's baffling that the staff failed to recognize the inappropriateness of their actions, considering the time constraint we were already under.

In conclusion, my experience at 25:00 was nothing short of disappointing. From the unwelcome time limit and the subpar quality of drinks, to the intrusive behavior of the wait staff, it was an evening that fell far below our expectations. I would strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this establishment if they value a relaxed and enjoyable bar experience.

朋友要做社畜不宜飲酒,所以嗌咗杯特製mocktail🍸朋友並冇忌口/唔鍾意嘅水果味,並且想要清爽嘅感覺,於是Bartender整咗杯西柚味嘅mocktail✨好fresh!夏天食完飯飲杯簡直消暑又消食🥰


3️⃣ 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒎 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒆

飲完𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑾𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 開始上頭,決定嗌多杯(瀨嘢嘅先兆⋯⋯)呢杯嘅酒體明顯比1️⃣厚身,非常絲滑,而且酒味一開始唔重,越嚟越明顯,飲到一半開始心諗「瀨嘢⋯⋯」😵‍💫翻到屋企攤咗喺地下一粒鐘先爬得返起身😮‍💨但呢杯好對我胃口,非常喜歡!


✨4️⃣ 雞湯‼️‼️‼️

傳說中嘅雞湯終於俾我飲到喇!!!!埋完單之後雖然已經暈暈地,但依然心思思想一試雞湯🐣果然人有口就係要用:呢碗雞湯問完先會俾的!(見到好多人眼甘甘咁望住我手上面嗰碗雞湯哈哈)飲落肚暖笠笠,成個人即刻舒服曬☺️

今次見返上次個bartender,依然非常風趣幽默😂仲講笑話我再唔嚟就差啲揼咗我個袋🥹


適逢週五,加埋𝑵𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌活動,酒吧非常爆滿,所以walk-in嘅我哋首先係企台飲咗一輪,之後轉左我哋去front bar🤩有feel!Bartender仲送咗碟snack俾我哋🥹好好喔~~


不過記得要check bartender遞過嚟嘅單!我哋差啲幫隔離枱埋咗單(佢哋$6xx,我哋$400)🤯好在有睇清楚,如果唔係happy hour都會變sad hour😵

呢杯個樣超可愛!但我唔係好鍾意佢微微夾雜住嘅蜂蠟味🐝杯酒附帶嘅花花係可食用嘅,據說會有啲辣,但我食唔出🫣如果鍾意蜜糖+厚實啲嘅質感,應該會幾鍾意呢杯🍯


3️⃣ 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑫𝒓𝒐𝒑 ($138)

呢杯以tequila做基調、果味加埋精釀西柚啤酒非常清新,係小甜酒!杯緣滾咗一圈rose salt,加埋tequila一下炸落喉嚨,係好有熱帶風情嘅tequila炸彈,據說靈感來自愛情嘅唔同面向,甜酸苦辣俱全,嗌佢唔會出錯😚


4️⃣ 𝑩𝒖𝒛𝒛𝒚 𝑺𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒅 ($138)

可能係今晚最神奇嘅味道👀呢杯摻咗蔘味嘅義大利庫司+接骨木花,果然係bartender形容嘅「有酒精版花旗蔘蜜」,幾鍾意😋!不過朋友感覺一般 (more for me!)

呢杯果味重,裏面雖然有成塊西柚做點綴,但味道酸酸甜甜,非常清新,少見唔落梳打水都可以咁輕盈嘅口感☁️

太鍾意呢間bar啦🥰bartender服務真係超好,一入座就會開始介紹佢哋嘅menu 留意!唔止係講「邊款邊款多人揀」/「邊款邊款啱女仔飲」,佢哋真係會拆開每杯嘅唔同成份做講解,同埋會講邊款會偏甜/酒味重,仲會介紹佢哋雞尾酒嘅創作理念,真係好用心😭🩷同埋可能星期一客唔多,bartender會同我哋吹下水,臨走嘅時候,bartender同我哋講星期五/六去飲酒嘅話,佢哋會煲湯俾我哋飲🫢本身諗住聽完就算,點知我返屋企先發覺漏咗個袋喺bar到!哎呀,真係唔好彩,惟有星期五開學日去攞返個袋+飲湯啦😔🤝🏼🥃

禮拜六同fd一齊去chill一開始入去爆場,企位冇問題cocktail係好飲嘅冇問題但係千祈唔好要佢地d水——一杯78$,唔會同你講🥲音樂嘈到完全傾唔到計第一杯飲到一半,入門大概35分鐘waitress開始chur next order入門45分鐘直接上bill踢人走冇chip refill一人一杯13x$嘅嘢飲最後連服務費埋單250$一位 坐一個鐘都冇唔推薦,都唔會再黎可惜左d好飲嘅cocktail🥲可能外賣好過。

- ❄冬天❄ - 食物為關東煮,由於鮮味湯適合搭配Fizzy的酒,調酒便為柚子風味的有氣酒,另外酒的杯沿沾滿風乾後的柚子胡椒,更好地增加了關東煮的風味。
個人覺得4杯調酒總體偏甜,且酒感偏輕身。

🍧🍲最後為兩道加了酒的甜品和暖湯。

- 🍲 二十五時🌛- 是日貝湯,茶樹菇瑤柱煲雞湯再淋入cognac作為收尾。

飲落第一啖係青蘋果嘅香氣,接住係檸檬、青檸同柚子苦味嘅酸爽組合(๑´ㅂ`๑) 牛奶令杯酒嘅質感更柔滑,最後加入嘅柑橘橄欖油令成件事更奢華!呢杯cocktail充滿了層次感和精緻的口感!

Back at one of my favorite bar to try the latest cocktail tasting menu. If you haven’t tried a cocktail tasting menu before, give it a try as it would blow your socks off! The menu this time conveys the four seasons of Japan.

We kicked start with Spring which is a refreshing Tequila, Strawberry and Sakura cocktail paired with chawanmushi.


Summer has got to be my favorite one of the night. It’s Pisco, Bitter Melon, Plum and Grape. These words doesn’t sound like they would go together but they created a very in depth taste which you can taste the subtle tastes. Even the little garnish leaf added taste. The marinated abalone goes well with the pairing.

Summer is very interesting and the strongest drink of the night. It’s Whiskey and smoked Sweet Potato. The smoked sweet potato flavor is sooo strong! It also has a roasted chestnut type of taste. It pairs well with grilled eel.

For winter, you can’t forget oden! With oden, you can’t forget the classic condiment of yuzu pepper so they dipped the glass rim with yuzu pepper! The drink is carbonated Sake and Gin. It goes so well with the oden!

For dessert, it’s the classic 宇治金時 with house made Rum Matcha Ice cream Red Bean.

We can’t leave without Twenty Fifth Hour’s specialty: double boiled soup topped with a shot of cognac. A bowl of hot soup brings us back to earth.

This cocktail tasting menu is well paired with Japanese signature dishes. The mixologist explains every glass before you and their concept. Seriously give it a try!

I can’t wait to try their Hong Kong Journey menu 2.0 which is in the works!

📍Twenty Fifth Hour

Was very intrigued by the idea of omakase cocktail. After knowing that it’s concept: a Journey through a day in Hong Kong, I immediately made a booking to give it a try.

Created during lockdown, this cocktail omakase is definitely a treat and very worth trying the Journey.

Thank you to @lawcheukyan and the highly featured “我地經理” @kenzoleeee , we get to try this creative and very delish cocktail journey. Each cocktail is beautifully presented and perfect for a girls night out.

At 08:00, we started off with Yum Cha. The carbonated jasmine tea with Chivas and fruits provided a refreshing start, paired with a Chrysanthemum Puer Tea Jelly.

At 12:00, a classic Nothing yet tasted like everything. Presented two ways and interestingly tasted different. I personally prefer the cold soup as the melon and Parma ham were such a great combo with the Nothing.

At 19:00, the drunken sea snail was so well marinated that I can probably have a whole box! They even had the innards removed. The alcohol in the marinate is not overpowering at all. Loved it. Would love to have the chance to try the mother’s plum wine but the current one is still a good pairing.

At 22:00, the strongest glass of the night is Bo Jai Fan. With Shitake Sous Vide Gin, Chinese Preserved Sausage Fat Washed Amaro Montenegro and Elderflower. You read it correctly, it’s mushroom and Chinese sausage which are iconic ingredients to a classic 煲仔飯! They even paired it with rice cracker for the whole experience. The level of creativity!

At 22:00, milk tea ice cream mixed with Chivas, topped with Truffle Caviar. The ice cream was silky smooth and I can’t believe it’s made in house.

At 25:00, the classic double boiled soup with a shot on the side. Truly warming as the final touch.

Please don’t miss out on the Journey as it’s very worth the experience. I can’t wait to go back again before it ends in end of September.

喺呢一年酒吧斷斷續續俾開又唔俾開之下,25th Hours都算幾laid back下(我都成年無嚟過,literally)。​​佢地最近好有心地構思左個based on香港飲食文化既cocktails tasting menu(speaking of this 相信abc同志係唔會明白有幾感動),total六杯cocktails融入左香港local食物,回憶,再link up間bar既時間branding做概念,再用fine dine既形式嚟present,成件事勁decent。​​最深刻同最鐘意嗰杯係八點dinner,一杯cocktails 竟然有花菇同臘肉味!!!(呢個時候鬼佬應該又係會成頭問號)飲落又好夾喎!而有呢個味出到嚟相信bar ten得落左好多心思同功夫去準備。喺星期二既晚上可以坐底喺bar頭聽kenzo講解,再慢慢品嚐每一杯既心思,係真係好感動,感動於有人真係好鐘意香港,再付諸行動去present出嚟🥺​​​​

最深刻同最鐘意嗰杯係八點dinner,一杯cocktails 竟然有花菇同臘肉味!!!(呢個時候鬼佬應該又係會成頭問號)飲落又好夾喎!而有呢個味出到嚟相信bar ten得落左好多心思同功夫去準備。
