今日係中環一間叫umami Factory的餐廳食左個lunch。因為並唔太餓,係店員推介下只係叫咗個北海道帶子意粉😙意粉的賣相相當靚,帶子的口感爽口味道鮮甜,感覺帶子的品質唔錯。至於意粉,口感啱啱好,唔會太硬太軟,而且入口有好香的蒜香。而環境方面,裝修比較樸素簡單,但非常舒適!!唯一缺點係因為我唔係住附近,所以地點對我嚟講比較遠,少啲腳力都唔得,所以下次再來都係搭車會好啲😂但絕對會再幫襯!高質餐廳!!😋

等左無幾耐之後野食終於來啦😋首先係個薯餅,啲蟹肉俾得一啲都唔吝嗇,脆口嘅薯餅配上鮮味嘅蟹肉,真係好夾!🤩

然後就係個pork chop,經過店員介紹知道個豬扒係經過低溫慢煮之後再稍微煎一煎,食落口感非常鬆軟,味道亦唔錯。

總結來講食物同環境都唔錯,有機會嘅話都會再來👍🏻

上個星期約咗個朋友嚟呢間上環soho區嘅呢間小店,店舖裝修簡單,行工業風,我哋晏晝兩三點去,唔算太多人,坐得都好舒服。我哋叫咗三樣嘢,Toro tartare, 員工介紹係其中一個signature dish, 不過唔記得影相,已經擺咗入口😅牛舌串燒,用蘋果木去煙燻,味道相當不錯👍🏻北海道帶子欖油意粉,帶子煎得好香口,意粉柔軟度亦都剛剛好,同埋有好香嘅蒜味,下次一定會encore👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

本人食過2次呢間餐廳,真係越嚟越差, 好失望,大排檔仲好過佢!!!!!吾好係中環開扮高級la 首先講嘢食 個卡邦成舊磚咁,塊牛肉係黑色,咁都比得人食 30蚊都吾想比 真心。我係星期五去食的 坐成半個鐘先有嘢食,係想點! 炸嘢又吾好食,吾夠脆,仲好林,好似擺咗好耐咁, 個牛脷 ,好硬,油炸商品变软,份量太少,价格太贵,不好吃、不正宗 。。。。。。同埋食完真係有肚痾 ,餐廳裝修成個水泥牆 好簡單,仲有曱甴 🪳下次真係吾會再嚟 。。。

But honestly this definitely looks a lot better than it tastes 😞 I couldn’t really stand the texture of this dish...way too gloopy and thick, a bit like glue that made it hard to swallow down. The sauce was overly creamy and the ramen was slightly overcooked which made the entire dish even more glutinous. Taste wise it wasn’t spectacular. The wagyu slice was literally raw so there w

Pic 2️⃣: Maitake & Okra Spaghetti in Spicy Miso Sauce 🍝 - $108 hkd
— Wanted to enjoy this but I couldn’t. The flavour combinations in this were just a bit odd? The miso scent is really strong but it’s even more powerful when you taste it 😂 I know miso is made from fermented soybeans but this sauce took it to a whole new level. 😂 This literally just tasted like soybeans and lacked any savouriness to it. Again, sauce was way too thick, and quite heavy.


Pic 3️⃣: Udon alle Vongole with Clams in Kombu Broth - $148 hkd
— This was a good dish. Finally something not gooey and gloopy 😂 Clams were flavourful, fresh and cooked well, the broth was rich and fragrant. Udon cooked well, but a very small portion.


Pic 4️⃣: Spanish Blue Mussels in Sake Sauce - $128 hkd
— They seem to know how to cook their seafood well. Loved the sake sauce in this, super flavourful. Mussels were fresh and cooked perfectly. Nice addition of crispy toast slices on the side. Portion was TINY though, only 7 mussels for that price.


Pic 5️⃣: Beer Battered Fries with Wasabi Mayo 🍟- $38 hkd
— Really good fries! Don’t see beer battered fries a lot so this was interesting. The batter was well seasoned. Enjoyed the wasabi mayo on the side that had a nice kick to it.

Mussels with Sake

青口提供咗三種煮法,Cream Sauce/Spicy Tomato/Sake。我上一次揀咗sake,好好食好溫暖,所以今次都揀番佢🤟今次都冇失望,酒味清甜,食到有少少牛油味,但唔會蓋過酒味,旁邊仲有麵包可以俾我哋點嚟食👏🏻

以為唔係好match嘅一個combo,但意外地又幾夾。鮑魚係用醬汁醃過,甜甜哋好易入口。豆腐輕輕炸過,配埋kimchi sauce,好開胃。整體係一個好refreshing嘅appetizer,讚嘅👍

Toro Tartare

係好richy嘅吞拿魚他他蓉,仲混入咗少少海膽醬,好滿足😍佢底下嘅脆脆都好薄身,建議大家成個揸住嚟食🤣不過因為我哋叫咗兩件三個share所以就切開佢嚟食(佢係逐件計嘅)

Wagyu Beef Cheek Tagliatelle

係我最愛嘅闊條麵😆相比linguine我更愛tagliatelle,更闊更有咬口!面頭嘅牛肉都算嫩口,但偏碎,方便mix埋佢嚟食。至於芝士係有錦上添花嘅效果嘅,但整體感覺會更肥膩。最鍾意係入面嘅菇,吸哂啲精華好好食🥳

最後甜品方面,叫咗兩個share。Apple Filo嘅酥皮好薄好鬆脆,夾住好整齊嘅蘋果片喺中間,加埋朱古力醬同雪糕,令成個甜品都好靚🥰至於Cream Berries Pudding都好有驚喜,
,熱辣辣嘅蛋糕夾住berries sauce,好易入口一啲都唔乾🤫再加埋面頭嘅雪糕,一熱一凍咁真係好刺激🥶

Japanese and western fusion little place, a bit further up the busy street. The dishes are good for sharing and each carefully made. Great place for meeting friends with a few drinks. Recommend the ox tongue which is really soft and flavoured just right. The menu is not long and changes occasionally, great value for this price!

💬環境舒服,有個sofa位可以靜靜地享受下美食,不過食野應該麻煩啲,野食係有驚喜,唔係weekday lunch都仲有好多野想食,餐廳喺PMQ再上少少,所以都係喺Donki度搭電梯再行返去上環嗰邊會冇咁吃力,鍾意間野有個好大嘅落地大玻璃,食完心情都好啲🥰,星期一openrice booking仲有85折🤣

上次極難忘既意粉 今次再食大概打咗個七五折🥲 原因係面頭既海膽唔太新鮮有啲腥味 而且意粉有啲偏硬 食食下有咬到有啲攰😮‍💨 不過個sauce同蟹肉仲值得欣賞 蟹肉新鮮得黎份量又多 整體改善返就會更好食✨

✧ beef tataki w/ Ponzu sauce $168 🌟🌟🌟 / 5
第二道都係前菜,有別於平時嘅beef tataki,佢嘅厚薄程度似意式既beef carpaccio,肉質方面鮮嫩柔軟,配上日式柚子醋,味道清新,但就冇太大的驚喜,個人都係比較鍾意食厚身d既beef tataki 。

本人係一個青口控,超級無敵鍾意食青口,不過對出面餐廳嘅青口質素有啲保留,好多時都失望而回,今次都冇乜特別嘅期望。唔知係咪因為咁,反而有驚喜,冇諗過西班牙嘅藍青口都咁柔嫩鮮甜,cream sauce 又唔會太濃,唔會蓋過青口本身嘅鮮味。真係冇嘢可以挑剔,唯一嘅缺點就係份量,唔夠食啊!haha

每條意粉都用墨汁搓成,似是先炒香蟹肉同埋意粉,然後再加上龍蝦汁同埋海膽,口感彈牙。蟹肉份量多,龍蝦汁唔會太濃,海膽亦新鮮,提升左成個意粉既鮮味,絕對值得一試!

My favourite starter is definitely Japanese Fried Chicken, it is probably the best fried chicken that I have ever had. Every time when I arrived the restaurant, I do not need to look at the menu, I just ordered the fried chicken. My favourite starter is definitely Japanese Fried Chicken, it is probably the best fried chicken that I have ever had. Every time when I arrived the restaurant, I do not need to look at the menu, I just ordered the fried chicken. It is also a great snacks when drinking alcohol, you just cannot stop eating.

For main course, my favourite is Truffle Mac&Cheese, although I am not a big fans of Mac&Cheese, this one is so different from others, I can taste the flavour of truffle in every bite and the truffle has a really good chemistry with cheese. It is just amazing!

A great dessert is critical factor to finish off a great meal. I highly recommend the Apple Filo with Vanilla Ice cream, I can taste the freshness of the apple, the crispness of the pie crust and also the iciness of the ice cream. I cannot really describe it, I can only say the apple filo has a good combination with ice cream and it is the best way to end the meal.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the meal, not just the food and also from the service. It is probably the best place for friends, family, workers to chill and relax. Everything is perfect!

又一樣唔知係咩嘅野🤣filo 好似係薄版嘅酥皮,所以份甜品係兩層薄切嘅蘋果片夾住一層好薄嘅酥皮,再加肉桂杏仁同呍呢嗱雪糕🍦係好食嘅但無乜特別,filo嘅存在感唔高

總結係幾鐘意佢有特別嘅菜式,同埋好似會定期轉menu,喺附近嘅話都可以encore 但就唔會專登去(始終條斜路真係唔易行🤣🙈)
