I’m quite disappointed by the poor customer service at this shop. Customer service is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff in this shop did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Venchi. The staff is quite impatient and impolite, or even rude. Considering the amount of money I spent at this shop, I believe that the poor service provided does not justify this expense.I hope that the management will consider retraining your staff to kee

Customer service is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff in this shop did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Venchi. 開個第一日帶乖仔食雪糕獎勵佢😂😂😂😂，食左2杯迷你，我自己就揀咗開心果同榛果，兩隻味十分夾，尤其開心果味十分香濃，個仔就揀左芒果同士多啤梨，偷左個仔幾啖覺得好freah😋😋😋。2名靚仔店員哥哥好熱情介紹我地買雪糕卷，10送2，計返都係大約$50蚊杯，個衰仔又猛咁話鍾意，冇佢孚😂😂，不過我諗半年期都食得晒，最後仲俾店員哥哥sell買多幾粒朱古力，聽講平時買要$25-$30粒，而家買雪糕$18加購😂，多謝靚仔哥哥，今朝一訓醒個仔仲抖計唔想返學，仲諗緊放左學點樣氹個仔🥵，果然有一手，really made my day🎉🎉🤗

這將軍澳分店的員工真的好有問題，態度不太禮貌都算，雪糕幾好食都無用，因為你唔會知店員工作表現會如何！一直都有買開這店兩球筒裝雪糕食，差不多每星期最少買一次，早前有優惠，收銀哥哥説現買10張送2張，我見平常小朋友鐘意食，就買了一套共12張，誰不知剛用第一次兩張時，不知是否原因，工作人員有裝雪糕時無整實在筒上，還是什麼因素，用Coupon 換兩個，其中一個在食第三口已掉跌咗喺地下，食雪糕正常用細細力慢慢食，而亦不是第一次這店兩球的雪糕筒，未行到落電梯已因工作人員在裝雪糕未有整實，浪費了一個，到幾日後又去用coupon 竟同樣食無兩啖未到落地鐵自動電梯口，同樣又係因工作人員沒有整好裝雪糕筒時整實，又掉跌咗喺地下，這兩次食跌雪糕都不是同一人，買兩杯就跌一杯，大人可能無乜所謂，但小朋友真心失望到極點，點解可以連續兩次用coupon 都會出現一個因工作人員沒有整實而令兩個兩球雪糕筒都白白浪費！一間連鎖店竟投訴回覆都特別慢，及回覆我更生氣，他們公司雪糕就是這樣，筒內不會有任何雪糕黏住雪糕球，工作人員平常都係感裝雪糕！還向我話呢個唔係軟雪糕，不會裝入雪糕筒內，我感覺非常可笑，我買這店雪糕已數不清買了幾

工作人員平常都係感裝雪糕！還向我話呢個唔係軟雪糕，不會裝入雪糕筒內，我感覺非常可笑，我買這店雪糕已數不清買了幾多次，每次其實他們都會裝少少雪糕在筒內再加上雪糕球，但用Coupon 後我反映意見，Office 竟回覆我，很多人買coupon 都不會出現這情況，這間賣雪糕筒$65幾好食都無用，因為工作人員同office 回覆的人不會相信你所投訴的事實，雪糕球跌落地下喺他們心中應是正常的，原因根本工作人員裝唔實，舐兩三下就跌係應該的，我在此用心建議大家，真係唔好食唔好幫襯，因為當你跌咗兩次雪糕筒的雪糕都係你個人問題，絶對唔會係佢哋有問題！真可惜，一個好嘅品牌，但因工作人員連雪糕用舐食慢慢吃的方法都唔啱，雪糕裝唔實舐一定跌喎！好正常的道理！Office 回覆像取笑你這並不是軟雪糕，所以筒內不會有雪糕連接住，我現是投訴工作人員裝雪糕無裝穩陣！不能接受連續食兩次共4個雪糕筒，竟有兩個舐3啖內就跌！這樣就不要出筒裝啦！工作人員都唔識裝實啲雪糕入個筒內，office 唔追都唔會回覆你投訴後的跟進，當回覆仍話係正常，這工作表現真的不知所謂！

I stopped by Venchi to cool off with a sweet treat on a sweltering afternoon. As always, Venchi delivers exceptional gelato that is creamy, dense and packed with flavor. I opted for two scoops in a waffle cone - rich and indulgent chocolate gelato alongside a smooth, dreamy vanilla. With each bite, I was transported by the intense yet balanced flavors. The vanilla was decadently creamy while still light and fresh. The chocolate had deep notes that melted onto the tongue without being too sweet.

I stopped by Venchi to cool off with a sweet treat on a sweltering afternoon. As always, Venchi delivers exceptional gelato that is creamy, dense and packed with flavor.
