Visited the place on a Saturday afternoon with a couple of close friends after having read the numerous extraordinary comments/ratings. We were not too surprised by the long queue given its growing fame, but were very displeased for being kept in the line for almost 2 hours for merely a hot chocolate (especially when we were told we wouldn't have to wait for more than half an hour).
There is so much room for improvement in terms of both staff and seating arrangements. Apart from the poor foreign lady who had to take up the duties of a receptionist, order-taker, server, cleaner and removal laborer, other staff did not appear professional. Seating was appalling - as mentioned by another dissatisfied customer, we witnessed a group of 2 were given a table that can sit 6, and a large table with only 1 chair - a vivid demonstration of poor management.
Speaking of food...well, to be fair their hot chocolate is not bad (have to give 'em a tiny bit of credit right?), but totally lack the 'wow' factor - so definitely see no point in taking hundreds of pictures of it. Muffins...the kind that your 'thoughful' friend would deliver in a basket to your doorstep and then within 5 seconds you would send them all back, untouched, and decide ur friendship has to end right then and there...
Overall, the environment is okay (facing a construction site is another killer though...), food is just so-so, service is....ahem. Worth trying once but will think thrice before the second visit.
