去咗沾仔記食雲吞麵,我講你知啦,呢度真係係有驚喜!啲面同雲吞都好有彈牙,唔會好腍,反而係夠大粒,食落好爽口。我食完都唔覺得膩,真係好正!內面d蝦仲好大粒而湯底唔算太咸, 平時出面食完會好口渴 , 瘋狂飲水 。再叫多碟菜 價錢合理的 下次我一定會再去試其他嘢,你都應該試下啦!

沾仔記算是香港非常老牌的雲吞麵店了除了它還有麥奀沾仔記身為被米米芝蓮指南「必比登推介」這間位於中環的店不乏遊客但當天去還是有大概三分之一是香港本地人🔹️ 招牌雲吞麵 $40直接點了一碗招牌雲吞麵份量看起來不算多 主要是麵體比較小但其實很足料 雲吞大大粒 雲呑用新鮮草蝦 蝦肉爽口彈牙湯底以大地魚乾熬每日鮮製的蛋麵口感也有彈性 沒有太多鹼水味整體來說真的很不錯😋

One of the best HK local noodle soup spots ever. Environment is clean, and services are good, which are rare for these types of Cantonoodle spots. Very authentic flavor, with traditional handling of their noodle, giving great texture— must-try. The quality and choice of beef very well suits with the main courses. The boiled fishballs use the old school HK style, a great blend of flavor. Wonon is another hightlight, with extra large shrimps and thin dough, a perfect match with the very special spicy oil, one of the best around town if you’re into spicy food. The veggies are handled very well too, cery well cooked and fresh. Matches perfectly with the Chinese fermented bean curd, the best combo.

做完美甲路好肚餓行左入啲間餐廳個餐牌就係好簡單得三樣野可選雲吞 、 鮮牛肉 、 鯪魚肉所以都唔洗諗,黎左個雙併麵🔆 招牌雲吞 + 鮮牛肉 (幼麵)唔算好大碗,但都好足料大大粒雲吞,蝦好新鮮,肉又唔肥,真係爽口彈牙!鮮牛肉夠曬味道,仲要淋得黎有咬口!不錯不錯麵底都好夠爽滑彈牙! 好味!
