早幾星期過海去左炮台山探朋友，走嘅時候經過見到呢間茶餐廳，比佢嘅裝修吸引住，最後入咗去試。茶餐廳嘅裝修好吸睛，摩登又時尚，以Tiffany Blue色調為主，好似一間打卡Cafe咁！我哋order咗XO醬滑蛋蝦球飯，蔥油豬扒炒蛋+菠蘿油。嘢飲就揀咗凍咖啡同熱檸水。❣️XO醬滑蛋蝦球飯份量十足，雞蛋超嫩滑，而且加左蔥花特別香。🦐蝦球大大隻，爽口彈牙！❣️蔥油豬扒炒蛋+菠蘿油同樣份量十足！豬扒係厚切嘅，上面鋪滿蔥油，炒蛋嫩滑。菠蘿油新鮮熱辣辣，外皮香脆。夾埋塊牛油喺裏面等佢溶化，每啖都好邪惡，但好好味😋！凍咖啡味道正常，熱檸水嘅檸檬就好新鮮，唔會有苦澀味👍🏼。呢間裝修摩登嘅茶餐廳果然唔係得個樣，食物同樣有質素！

由於在附近工作已一段時間，在不知不覺間就想精測一下區內茶記質素，較早前試了長期有人龍的茶東東；又試了偶遇的忠義店，今日就試吓同樣是人龍級別嘅四寶。可能今日早，未見人龍，但客都是滿滿的，要搭枱。如果要搭枱，我認為茶東東安排較理想，因為有板隔開。由於測試性質，所以點了沙嗲牛肉麵，煎雙蛋，熱鴛鴦走奶。上菜需時，可能是客多，外賣多。先來雙蛋及墨西哥包。本人一般般墨西哥包，但對鋪頭能自己烘培麵包十分欣賞，雙蛋太油了。沙嗲牛肉麵，麵質剛好，沙嗲醬有花生碎，算合格，可惜湯底唔夠熱，所以扣分。齋鴛鴦帶苦澀味，不是我杯茶呢！

The cashier at 四寶食堂 Soul Restaurant (Hong Kong Style Restaurant) (Fortress Hill) is bad! Other waitress and food is fine, it meets the normal tea restaurant standard. But the main issue is the rude lady sitting at the cashier counter - she doesn't have any manners and can't even handle the basic duties of a cashier.Everyone knows the most important thing for a tea restaurant is speed. This useless team member is the downfall of this establishment!1. I arrived around 2:15pm, right after the lunch rush. It wasn't crowded, there was space to wait or share a table, but she actually told me to go wait outside. bloody hell damn hot today! I am with a kid too! Luckily,one of the waitresses saw this and immediately helped me get a seat. 2. I had to wait long for the cashier to check the bill , and I can’t stay long enough to wait her to settle , it cost too much time then as usual ! So I ‘m pissed to tell her to keep the change, But her response was even more infuriating - it wasn't even a "sorry!" Her reply was just shameless: "It's fine!" This arrogant and self-righteous attitude is really detestable. As a 30-year Fortress Hill local, i won't be going back if that bad attitude of a cashier is there. Unless this restaurant should fire her!

新鮮出爐菠蘿包好好食(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)好幸運可以遇到剛出爐既時間同室溫相比，新鮮出爐熱辣辣好食100倍！（而且個菠蘿皮無咁易甩）脆皮內軟值得等到佢新鮮出爐先買！（＾ν＾）

午餐：原條龍脷柳配西炒飯，拎上檯係兩條細龍脷柳都係冷既，同著有領恤衫既哥仔講，佢話換食其他野，咁我想食炸龍脷就費事煩改其他野。西炒飯係暖既，味道OK，但龍脷柳就好唔得啦。之前見其他顧客係一條大龍脷，賣性好好多，熱唔熱就唔知啦。但以往呢間野既出品係新鮮整既，煎豬扒係好熱唔上，今次唔知點解失手，個伙記又唔太在意我的反映，咁就算啦。希望今次係個別事件，如果真係就咁差左，就非常可惜啦！咸牛肉炒蛋熱狗：味道OK，咸牛肉唔係好多，不過下面藏有腸仔，份量足夠，不過都唔係好熱。伴碟既粗身炸薯條就熱辣辣，非常好食。凍奶茶：少冰少甜，叫過好多次，少甜的凍飲同一般茶記的正常甜相若，大家要留意。就今次體驗，無可避免要差評唔好食都要清碟，唔浪費
