甚少食酒店餐廳,今次黎慶祝生日🥳事先訂咗枱,講明係special occasion有dress code: Smart casual▶️ Onion bread 洋蔥包好巨型嘅餐包,的確好好食面頭有poppy seed同洋蔥粒🧅麵包暖暖哋,外皮脆口,入邊軟綿綿好咬口🍞旁邊附上牛油,比一般牛油泡泡啲似cream,味道鹹鹹哋同麵包好夾(p.s.可以refill,不過通常啲人都食唔晒)▶️ French onion soup焗洋蔥湯套餐以外另叫超多拉絲芝士,面頭兩塊法式麵包一開始麵包偏硬,不過浸湯耐咗就OK洋蔥湯好足料🧅啖啖都有洋蔥絲只可惜成個湯太鹹!大家都認為似飲緊港式茶餐廳扒房洋蔥醬料🤣飲咗一半有啲頂唔順▶️ Lobster bisque soup 龍蝦湯碟上成嚿龍蝦肉,再淋湯上去味道比洋蔥湯冇咁鹹未算濃稠,偏稀,稱唔上好飲嘅龍蝦湯—————Appetizer—————▶️ Jumbo shrimp cocktail.lobster ravioli.Chopped house salad特級珍寶蝦咯嗲.鮮蝦意大利雲吞.精選沙律珍寶蝦巨型爽彈🦐醬汁係茄汁溝芥末味,不至於特別鮮蝦意大利雲吞麻麻哋,雲吞皮太腍,個餡應該係芝士但好淡味且冇口感精選沙律配有車厘茄、青瓜、牛油果、煙肉、芝士、caesar沙律醬🥗可惜芝士味道過分濃烈🤥食落有啲「臭」,唔啱我哋口味—————Entree—————▶️ Baked fresh whole marine lobster 焗原隻波士頓龍蝦 每人半隻開邊龍蝦配鉗🦞龍蝦肉易起龍蝦頭啲膏好食,簡單配上法式酸忌廉已經ok👍🏻如果多肉啲就好了🥹▶️ Tomahawk ribeye 36 oz. 斧頭扒好巨型,成個斧頭咁🤣揀咗medium rare,生熟度啱啱好肉質入口幼嫩,中間似刺身咁生但味道唔腥🥩唔算重牛味,可以點mustard食—————Sides—————▶️ Creamed spinach 忌廉菠菜▶️ Roasted bone marrow 香烤牛骨髓▶️ Parmesan and truffle fries 芝士松露炸薯條—————Dessert—————▶️ Dessert platter 甜品拼盤- Mini new york cheesecake迷你芝士蛋糕- Creme brûlée 法式焦糖燉蛋- Chocolate dipped strawberry 朱古力草莓- Espresso pot de creme 特濃咖啡朱古力慕絲旁邊有棉花糖、爆谷做裝飾味道中規中矩,偏甜所以食完都幾滯幾漏▶️ Morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake 莫爾頓經典焗暖心朱古力餅呢個喺甜品入面最好食,即係心太軟朱古力蛋糕暖暖哋,頂部脆口似Brownie🍫中間朱古力半溶狀態,形成流心效果配上凍雲呢拿雪糕🍨冰火交融-主菜龍蝦同斧頭扒的確唔錯👍🏻洋蔥包雖然免費但超好食不過前菜同湯就失色🫢甜品正常環境一流,燈光昏暗形成浪漫氣氛,望住尖沙咀維港景色服務唔錯,侍應好好笑容同禮貌,照顧周到唯一係多人時段上菜較慢,需要跟下單價錢就一定偏貴mark up咗,今餐都要>$1000/人不過本身呢個四人set食物真係好大份,食到撐住個肚咁走🤰🏻多數人嚟都係慶祝生日,呢度慶祝生日服務係幾好嘅

I knew of this celebration menu for quite some time and I got to treat my friend's Birthday this time.The view was stunning and when you order their celebration menu they will print the celebration message on the menu and decorate the table(I cut out the top part of it as it has my friend's name) with an instant photo and birthday card.The bread was huge and their butter was as soft as cream but save your stomach if you don't have a huge appetite.We both ordered the lobster ravioli. Despite with so much sauce, the ravioli was still al dente and the sauce was really rich.We ordered the porterhouse steak, which was great choice as get get to have both tenderloin and rich flavors of the strip. It was a beautifully cooked and the plate was really hot to keep it warm.For dessert, we ordered their Legendary Chocolate Cake which also has a birthday message. The gooey chocolate inside was rich without being too sweet and the raspberry and vanilla ice cream further reduced the overall sweetness of this rich dessert. The price point is definitely a bit pricey compared to their usual menu but given all the little things, I think its worth trying as they said for a special occasion.

同老公慶祝生日,牛扒質素唔錯,好食。但係唔係好理解點解收咁嘅價錢,都仲要限兩小時進食,我個人認為覺得有少少唔合理。如果你慶祝生日,佢會為你準備名嘅餐牌係有幾好心思,但係兩個鐘頭就真係做得有啲壓力。

原全變晒,食物質素下降得好誇張,好似轉左手咁,一年半前同衣家分別好大,5星餐廳變到1星,雞肉好韌,仲有求其所煮既芥蘭,牛扒又硬,明明要5成,切落去無血水,中心係粉紅色,唔係血紅色,最好笑係,高級餐廳有通粉同薯條,通粉要狗錢,但味道同一般垃圾餐廳一樣,薯條仲衰過cafe 果啲,高級餐廳配備薯蓉同意大利粉先正常,放多左好多枱,嘈左好多,其他客人都著得好求其,空間感好壓迫,人來人往,好似大排檔,做事馬虎,食嘢硬放上枱,同之前既服務質素無得比,27xx既價錢,食物質素同服務都唔值,無下次

成日都見人打卡,今年生日同朋友一齊試左呢間食生日飯。儀式感滿滿嘅餐廳。可預先預訂生日/週年裝飾,影相一流。服務亦都好到位,餐廳職員多次自動問使唔使幫手影相.龍蝦好好食,推介。但牛扒無想像中好食,有d失望。
