Came for a seasonal crab-themed dinner and enjoyed a breezy autumnal evening by the seaside. It’s the crab season, so we gotta order them right away! Crab lasagna was definitely the showstopper, it’s such a good fusion combo. Bet you’ve never tried lasagna with crab meats, crab paste and crab roes! The lasagna was perfectly baked with cheese, crabs and assorted seafood bites, and tomato sauce. It’s so delicious and it looked absolutely beautiful, especially when you see the yellowy orange oil from the crab paste infiltrating the layers of pasta. Crab meat gimbap was stuffed with young shoots of tender asparagus. Fully seasoned with sesame seeds and sesame oil, it’s authentically Korean flavour, fulfilling our cravings for rice rolls. Dessert: very cute Black and white panda Oreo cake roll! You know you have to get this when the panda economy is strong and HK is celebrating the locally born new panda babies. Cake was soft, and you can’t go wrong with oreo cream. The panda made of fondant icing wasn’t just decorative, it’s a nicely sugary piece of treat. Drinks: Green grape agar jelly with milk foam was a must-try! The drink was wonderful! There were loads of Shine Muscat grapes and grape-flavoured jelly cubes inside. Sweet and very refreshing, the fruits paired so well with the salted cheesy milk foam on top, when you mixed every well together it became a heavenly taste. Of course we also had a glass of the signature Jeju tangerine special yoghurt. It’s so lovely with a whole tangerine on top, the yogurt was blended with citrusy bites and very appetising. We had a great time, with good food and a splendid sea view.
