Mushroom on Sourdough w/sautéed portobello mushrooms cooked in mozzarella, cream and black truffle pate, poached egg, rocket was rly OMG😱 It’s super duper rich in the black truffle sauce & succulent, and the poached egg yolk just enhanced the richness of the sauce🤤 Portobello was super juicy but not heavy yet, but the sourdough was a bit soggy as there’s too many sauce🥲

Oakey Angus reserve 150day grain fed beef steak was tender, juicy and everything that keep me satisfied🤩 from that rich aged cheddar n fried egg🍳 to the healthy rockets & juicy portobello mushrooms confit to the fluffy & crunchy sourdough😋 an extra touch of sweetness from the caramelised onion just enlightened the whole dish🧅 This open-steak sandwich was super filling to have,definitely will be backed soon💕

Latte was smooth, with a hints of caramelised from the latte☕️ generally it had a rosy, nutty and aromatic taste, which is easily acceptable🌹, quite good🥰
