今日book咗嚟呢度食午餐見佢係米芝蓮兩星嘅中菜就諗住試吓佢會點樣演繹中菜首先叫咗一龍蝦餃同埋一籠燒賣同埋仲有一個炸蝦腸粉。個蝦餃呢個皮都係晶瑩禿頭嘅,但係林好食嘅同埋個餡就正常啦正常發揮啦冇話好特別,同啲好食啲嘅茶樓差唔多。個燒賣都係都係中等好好食嘅燒賣嚟㗎,但係亦都冇話非常突出。個炸蝦腸粉係做到佢入面啲炸蝦係脆上面就有啲脆嘅粉咁都好好食嘅。之後我叫咗佢哋嘅蛋撻咁佢蛋撻都係好食嘅,但係亦都冇話好食過我去食香港一啲專做蛋撻舖頭嘅味道跟住嗌咗佢嘅Pork spare rib。咁呢個pork spare rib我覺得整得幾好食嘅,真係個肉又夠腍又呢佢又好香嘅蜜糖味咁多碟嘅菜之中我覺得呢啲正正最出色啦,同埋佢個plating都做得好好嘅跟住我試咗佢嘅石榴甘露呢個石榴甘露呢我覺得係正正最突出嘅佢係粉紅色,所以賣相已經好好㗎啦,然後佢嘅甜味呢係同楊枝甘露比較另一種發揮未食過嘅我都會建議嚟試吓佢嘅石榴甘露
