Horrible attitude

Today I just walked around the area after my fitness class and noticed that this Japanese restaurant serves Okinawa cuisine. But right before I stepped into the place someone from the restaurant just opened the door and rudely asked if I had made any reservation. No how come I will know that reservation is needed for this unknown restaurant that is serving ordinary food only!? He then told me that a reservation is a must and seemed to want me to leave asap. But right before I stepped into the place someone from the restaurant just opened the door and rudely asked if I had made any reservation. No how come I will know that reservation is needed for this unknown restaurant that is serving ordinary food only!? He then told me that a reservation is a must and seemed to want me to leave asap. It felt like it was my fault to try walk-in, hey if you don’t accept walk-in just put up a sign somewhere, this is not an acceptable attitude to your customer. I have no interest in visiting this place again, especially during this time that many restaurants are attracting customers with better service and more discounts.
