這個水煮魚看起上來像是很辣,但吃起上來並非如此,內裏的材料非常豐富,廚師用了雞髀菇充當魚片,其他材料包括芽菜,萵筍,以及口感q彈的寬粉,份量十足

At first glance, the boiled fish seems very spicy, but it is not as hot when eaten. The dish is made with a rich variety of ingredients, including chicken thigh mushrooms as a substitute for fish fillets, as well as bean sprouts, asparagus, and chewy wide noodles. The portion size is generous.

✅一般提供素菜的餐廳,通常都會較為肥膩,請食物的汁醬亦很多,這個卻做得恰到好處
Typically, vegetarian restaurants tend to be heavy and greasy, with a lot of sauce on their dishes. However, this restaurant has managed to strike a perfect balance.

❌午市所提供的點心,沒有於晚上提供,前菜的款式比較少
The dim sums available during lunchtime are not offered in the evening, and there are fewer options for appetizers.

✅有一個房間,可以讓大群的賓客提供私人空間,五至六人的圓形卡座,亦十分舒適
There is a private room available for large groups, with a comfortable round table that can accommodate five to six people.

❌裝修陳設比較簡單,沒有太大特別

服務員下單或上菜都非常迅速,而且很有耐心及禮貌
