啱啱去咗北角嗰間究極堂,真係唔錯啦!個環境似係日式居酒屋嘅感覺,啲燈光啱啱好,仲有啲燈籠,氣氛真係好到冇得頂,啲椅枱都唔會覺得窄,坐低都好舒服。酒吧度後面啲清酒都好多,好多款唔同嘅,啱啱見到就覺得啲酒迷嚟到應該會好開心。先講下啲嘢食啦,我哋試咗啲咩呢?「海苔墨魚他他」係度嘅招牌啦,啲墨魚包喺香脆嘅海苔裡面,一咬落去,啲味啱啱好好,墨魚啲鮮味同海苔啲香脆完全係perfect match,真係啲味咁啱口。再嚟係啲「炸半熟玉子」,唔係普通嘅炸蛋,啲蛋皮金金脆脆,啲蛋黃係半熟狀態,一切就流咗出嚟,啲層次感真係幾豐富啊,係啲小吃中算係驚喜。啱啱見到「九州槍魷魚」,其實係魷魚肝醬啦,同啲薯條一齊食,魷魚肝醬濃郁得黎啲,再配埋啲香脆薯條,個滋味真係冇話講,啲魷魚肝醬同薯條嘅組合係咁啱啱好,令人回味。啱啱提返啲主菜,「究極丼」係一碗好色彩繽紛嘅丼飯,啲食材新鮮,有大魚籽,油甘魚,牡丹虾,海胆,特製右口魚邊,拖羅蓉,凡立貝,最尾我哋試咗「究極火龍卷」,啲卷壽司包啲新鮮嘅食材,一咬落去,魚生同飯嘅味道啱啱啱啱啱啱好啦,真係好好味。啱啱嘅食物我哋配咗啲有氣嘅梅酒同啲什果賓治。整體嚟講,究極堂唔止係環境同服務
