I have heard of many good recommendation restaurants in Sham Shui Po but lazy me, I rarely pass by. Huge cravings for Taiwanese cuisine tonight so came here to try. The inner decoration is simple and old fashion, it feels like we are in Taipei. You place order by ticking the order sheet. Noodle texture was just right, not too hard or too soft. Beef is soft, tender and juicy. 筋 is very soft and chewy, each bite stick our lips together.大腸麵線 $28

Every time I come across a place selling 蚵仔煎, I will definitely order it as not a lot of places in Hong Kong serve this food. 蚵仔煎 skin is smooth and soft and the ingredients is fully stuffed inside. Ingredient includes mini oysters, diced lettuce and cheese. The oysters size is over mini that you cannot feel the texture when biting it. The oysters size is larger than normal, it is fat and juicy.
