澳洲產特上長期穀飼牛放題套餐 (Australian Long Grain Fed Beef) $279
採用270日或以上穀飼期的澳洲牛，脂肪均衡，肉質嫩且肉味香濃。除牛肉外，亦有牛舌、豚肉、同海鮮可供選擇。牛舌質感爽彈，值得一試。海鮮之中螺肉同魷魚新鮮，為紅肉以外提供一個唔錯嘅選項。
