週末去到東涌行街，到夜晚時打算找個好餐廳食個晚飯，享受一下。感覺上，去到東涌outlet 好像是去了一個小旅行一樣，不過就比較多人，擠逼了一點。所以我就打算找個寧靜點的餐廳，慢慢食，就當是去完一日「旅行」後，要搵個舒服的餐廳食一頓豐富的晚餐一樣。Went to Tung Chung this weekend. 上網見到，距離東匯城約15分鐘路程的有一個像是「外國小鎮」的地方，就在東涌登來登酒店旁邊的灣景薈。入面有很多「小屋」(Cabana) 的餐廳，環境一流，實在值得一去。去的時候剛剛過了聖誕節不久，所以中間位置仍有一棵聖誕樹，再配合節日式的燈光，加上餐廳的輕快音樂，令人猶如進入了一個西方小鎮裡面。I saw on the Internet that there is a place that looks like a "foreign town", which is about 15 minutes away from Citygate. The restaurant is next to the Tung Chung Sheraton Hotel. There are many "Cabana" in the restaurant, the environment is first-class, it is worth a visit. It was not long after Christmas when I went there, so there was still a Christmas tree in the middle of the place. With the festive lights and the lively music of the restaurant, it was like entering a western town.
「小屋」都是主打西餐，如果懂得飲酒之人就會更開心，實在有太多選擇，重點是其飲品的裝飾非常精緻，很有心思。Cabana serves Western food, and there are many choices. Also, the decoration of the drinks is very delicate and thoughtful.
✧ 1. 三文魚韃靼 (Salmon Tartar)三文魚韃靼 (他他) 就像一座小塔一樣，擺放著「小屋」(Cabana) 裡面，特別有一番風味。餐廳用上乾洋蔥、香草、辣根、鮮奶油混上新鮮三文魚，三文魚本身的鮮味再加上其調味料，令人非常開胃，而且造型美觀，用作冷盤前菜一流。
Salmon tartare is like a small tower, placed in the "Cabana", which had a special feeling. The restaurant uses shallot, dill, horseradish and cream to mix with fresh salmon. The umami of the salmon itself and its seasoning are very appetizing, and the shape is beautiful, which is excellent as a cold appetizer.

烤春雞就如其名字一樣，外表就像一塊磚頭。Brick Chicken 是由新鮮香草麵包糠烤製，再配蒜香迷迭香烤新薯及烤雞燒汁，切落去不斷噴出香煙，其調味料將烤雞提高到下一個層次：雞肉嫩滑，香料惹味。
Roasted Chicken lives up to its name and looks like a brick. Brick Chicken is grilled with fresh herb breadcrumbs, topped with garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and chicken gravy, its seasoning takes roast chicken to the next level.

Cabana 有很多不同種類的Pizza，我們就選了第一個的Salsiccia Pizza。該Pizza 有帕爾馬干芝士、馬蘇里拉芝士、Salsiccia 意大利豬肉香腸。看似好像沒特別，但餐廳將Pizza 炮製得非常好食，熱騰騰的再配上濃厚的兩種芝士，芝士極其豐富，再有特別的Salsiccia 意大利豬肉香腸，令到Pizza 帶上惹味的鹹香。
Cabana has many different kinds of pizza, we chose the first one that is Salsiccia Pizza. The Pizza has Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Salsiccia Italian Pork Sausage. The restaurant makes Pizza very delicious. It was hot and served with two kinds of thick cheese. The cheese is extremely rich, and there was a special Salsiccia Italian pork sausage, which makes the Pizza taste delicious.

我們不飲酒的關係，就嚐嚐無酒精的飲品吧。這杯Exotic Breeze 是由熱情果、芒果、菠蘿、香蕉、青檸加檸檬水混製而成，帶上濃濃的不同生果甜香，甜味之間又有酸溜溜的感覺，食完重口味的主食再飲一口，即時舒服。另外，亦要稱讚一下餐廳用的杯子，具有特色。
We don't drink alcohol, let's try non-alcoholic drinks. This Exotic Breeze is made of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, banana, lime and lemonade. The drinks brought a strong sweet aroma of different fruits, and there was a sour feeling between the sweetness. In addition, the cups used in restaurants are also distinctive.

If you go to Tung Chung to eat, I suggest you go to the place just like a "foreign town", Cabana Breeze.
