去左大埔既Fat Belly慶祝情人節🥰星期日Lunch Time, 去到已經Full House一路食都見到book枱電話係咁打入黎,同埋好多人想walk-in提提大家去之前要訂枱😉💛Scottish Dry Aged 21 Days Hanger Steak ~225g我地叫左Medium Rare上枱係medium,不過塊steak都幾薄所以好易overcook好彩我地叫左medium rare, 黎到medium口感都軟腍有dry aged獨有既香味,牛味都幾突出Sauce我地揀左經典Red Wine Beef Jus,經典配搭無得輸,但都無好大驚喜反面個roasted garlic超好食,又香又清甜,配落beef rice一流😋兩個side揀左Mini Beef Rice同埋Beef fat fries兩個都幾出色,前者garlic同rosemary香味突出,入口好香後者非常脆口,薯仔🥔味好濃,但食唔出用牛油炸另外叫左3 course Brunch💛Appertizer揀左boneless short rib非常有驚喜醬汁香濃,肉質軟嫩,油脂感豐腴但唔油唔漏Main +$80

上枱係medium,不過塊steak都幾薄所以好易overcook
好彩我地叫左medium rare, 黎到medium口感都軟腍
有dry aged獨有既香味,牛味都幾突出
Sauce我地揀左經典Red Wine Beef Jus,經典配搭無得輸,但都無好大驚喜
反面個roasted garlic超好食,又香又清甜,配落beef rice一流😋
兩個side揀左Mini Beef Rice同埋Beef fat fries
兩個都幾出色,前者garlic同rosemary香味突出,入口好香
後者非常脆口,薯仔🥔味好濃,但食唔出用牛油炸
另外叫左3 course Brunch💛
Appertizer揀左boneless short rib非常有驚喜
醬汁香濃,肉質軟嫩,油脂感豐腴但唔油唔漏
Main +$80 叫左阿根廷既premium steak
同埋Medium rare,口感好軟腍,牛味都足,而且都有7安士,配埋啲sides都夠飽
3rd course揀左creme burlee,用左好多雲尼拿籽所以好香而且味道天然,但質感略微偏硬
但份量都幾大,overall好食
跟餐仲有杯mixed berry juice唔甜,清清地食扒可以解膩👍🏻
最後埋單原來dine in steak有7折,呢個價就幾抵食,而且服務都好好👍🏻淨係Mustard都有3款俾我地揀
