One of the highlights was the foie gras served on crispy butter toast, which simply melted in our mouth leaving a lingering and rich flavor( ´▽`) The dessert at the end gave us a delightful surprise - warm and crunch caramelized toast strips served with sea-salt/ cheese ice cream was a match made in heaven ♡︎

很滿意的一次用餐體驗, 每吃一道菜都附上了詳細的解釋, 完全是捧住肚子離開餐廳呢( ´▽`)。 所有的海鮮都很新鮮, 配上廚師熟練的廚藝, 確實把味道提升到了另一個層次!! 其中一大亮點是香煎鵝肝配多士, 烤的外脆內軟的鵝肝入口即化, 白面包吸收了鵝肝的油份, 整個口腔都是鵝肝濃郁的香氣⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 最後的甜點也很有驚喜—酥脆的焦糖麵包條配上海鹽和芝士味的雪糕 (兩款都是單吃就已經很好吃了!)真是天作之合, 甜之餘竟然不會太膩!
