kyuto 旭 decent place with high quality sushi.very careful waitress, good service.we ordered 560, 12貫pcs sushi set, chef serving us is a young man with dark skin, claiming he went to fishing almost every day at previous lockdown, got a sun burn fews time even tho he had put on sufficient sun oil to prevent it from over burn.... very funny and honest chef. i notice the chef had a thick finger that help to grab the rice firmly into shape, i like the texture not being so loose as sometime sushi brea

i notice the chef had a thick finger that help to grab the rice firmly into shape, i like the texture not being so loose as sometime sushi breakdown on the way to the mouth via chopsticks.
taste are good, chef uses a lot additive flavour to create a special taste, thats a bit surprise for having different taste compared to its original flavour. good try bro.
thats the uni were superb. see with your eyes, i wont tell u the real taste.
