One recent dinner, we had double-shell crab, mango beef, fried tofu/fish ball, steam fish, ribs in hot-pot. The crabs themselves were lacking flavor, the beef were tender, flavorful, and complimented with mango well, the fish was streamed just right, ribs were a bit overcooked that some of the meat came off and were mushy.
