好少見到有瀨尿蝦壽司,梗係要試吓啦😁 蝦肉夠厚,口感彈牙👏🏼 蝦肉本身味道唔重,所以加埋醬汁一齊燒就更加激發出食物內在嘅鮮味🥰
Mantis shrimp is pretty rare in Japanese cuisine, so I definitely had to give it a try. The shrimp meat was bouncy but not too firm, and you could really taste the saltiness from the sea. The teriyaki sauce brings a slight sweetness and balance to the flavour of the dish.

返到屋企再焗返熱之後咬開焦脆嘅外皮,飽滿豐富嘅豬肉餡料同埋肉汁就湧出黎💦 雖然層皮厚左少少🤏🏼 但係夠香脆,食落去同豬肉餡都好夾😎
After heating it up, within the slightly caramelised outer layer lies a huge amount of pork filling and pork essence. Although the dumpling skin was slightly thicker than I would have liked it to be, it was still crispy enough and the texture was a good match with the filling.
