同一條大街,有三家鼎鼎大名的牛雜粉麵店,打得你死我活,嵩記,明興以及裕泰三家距離1分鐘路程,也算是九龍飲食界的一個奇景。之前吃過嵩記,水準不錯最重要是價格便宜,而且很有以前港式麵檔的風味,也就是舊。明興的裝修同樣簡單直接,但相比起來比嵩記的光鮮一點,價錢也貴一點點。之前有飲食YouTuber將這幾間比較,對我而言其實牛雜這裏和嵩記沒有什麼分別,同樣相當入味,內臟處理乾淨,客觀現實就是這裏的金錢圖比較多一點,這也反映在價錢身上,但其他如何粉的真的分別不大。反而這裏的豬手很有趣,除了有南乳味之外,也有微微的醋酸甘甜,也比一般的粉麵店入味和軟融,所以點了也覺得值得。On a single street in Kowloon, three famous beef offal noodle shops - Sung Kee, Ming Hing, and Yue Tai - compete within a minute’s walk of each other. Sung Kee offers good quality at low prices with a traditional, dated ambiance. Ming Hing is slightly more polished and expensive. Comparing the two, their beef offal is similarly flavorful and well-prepared, though Ming Hing offers more tripe. The noodles are largely indistinguishable. However, Ming Hing’s pork knuckle stands out with its unique flavor profile, combining red fermented beancurd taste with a subtle sweet and sour note from vinegar, and is more tender than typical offerings.
