I got to the restaurant at around 5pm, but they don't start serving claypots until 6pm. A worker told me to go inside and just wait for a bit which surprised me because I thought they wouldn't want someone to take up a spot in their restaurant for an hour. I ordered the sausage claypot and they said it'll come at around 6:15pm. They only had a Chinese menu so I looked at the picture menu outside the restaurant haha. Little did I know they had so many other choices in Chinese 😅 I really need to l

The sausage claypot rice was really good 😍 The rice soaked up the sausage oils, so it was really juicy and flavorful. The sausage was really oily and salty though, so eating it with rice balances out the oiliness. The best part was the rice crisps at the bottom of the pot. Slightly burnt and very crunchy 😍 I regret getting the sausage claypot though cuz it was really oily and salty, and I've tried it before at a different place though. I later googled and there were other recommended claypots sighhh... One was the beef with egg claypot which I wanted to get too... next time I'm gonna use Openrice for recommendations before going to a restaurant haha. The meal ended up to be $55HKD, which confused me cuz the menu outside said $50HKD but whatever.

When I left, there was a LONGGG line waiting outside. I'm so glad I got there earlier. So if you want to try the claypot here, come at around 5:45pm if you don't want to wait for too long!
