Foods were hit or miss.Although the Portuguese chicken was definitely well worth trying.

Bread was crusty but not soft enough, the flour has too high tension making it feel "heavy" in the mouth.
椗得死人嘅餐包, 麫粉死實

This "special" Portuguese ham, at $250 was a total rip off. The texture was tougher than the shoe I was wearing, and there was no rich oily flavour, not to mention any after taste. Definitely a low grade leg of pig, not aged nor seasoned properly.

Fried oysters were plump and fresh, nothing special though, maybe add some olives to give them a Portuguese touch? 炸蠔, 新鮮, 但冇特式, 一啲葡國影子都冇, 我寧願食炸生蠔

clams in wine sauce seemed like a popular dish, and the table cleared it mega fast
白酒煮蜆, 好味, 兩秒清碟, 但又係一道任何地方都整得好嘅菜式

grilled sardines, a must have amongst Portuguese dishes. Although the sardines were plump, they weren't grilled enough, probably because the kitchen was too busy.
燒沙甸, 夠肥大, 但燒爐控制特唔好, 油香發揮唔倒, 少少腥
Maybe another 5 more minutes on the grill will release those aromatic oils in the fishes.
應該燒多5分鐘就好喇

Bacauhal Fish balls. Tasted ok
馬介休球, 一般

Portuguese Chicken, this was done surprisingly well, in fact, it's one of the best i had. Both taste and smell were great
葡萄牙菜居然有葡國雞!!!???
但唔好理, 只知係10個得
色, 香, 味都值 9.5分

Braised Ox tail. A good oxtail dish requires not much skill, just time.
炆牛尾, 好味, 好濃茄蓉洋葱蓉, 但又係嗰句, 要做好味嘅牛尾唔難, 只要時間同愛心
lots of tomato puree, a dash of red wine, pinch of herbs, a little love watching over it braising, voila!

duck rice. never really liked this dish, so I couldn't really say whether it's done well or not
我從來唔識欣賞嘅鴨飯, 請問各位師兄, 呢味菜有何可取之處?

Food somehow over priced if you ask me ($36 for one piece of sardine,$20 per bacalhau fish ball, $34 per fried oyster, and clams are normally less than 1/2 the price in similar places), but the alcohol took 1/2 the bill, hahaha!!!!
啲小食貴得極之過份, 蘇豪都平佢一半
