We went there for a dinner gathering to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It’s my first visit. We’ve ordered the recommended Set menu. Overall speaking, the quality of food is fine. But the service of the black-suited captain is really poor. My friend has politely asked if it is feasible to change the assigned dessert of the set menu as she has caught cold and preferred dessert that was slightly sweetened. My friend has politely asked if it is feasible to change the assigned dessert of the set menu as she has caught cold and preferred dessert that was slightly sweetened. The response from the captain was truly annoying and disgusting. He replied rudely saying that the dessert could not be changed because he has already taken them out from the kitchen. Then we reinforced that we would prefer something else. Subsequently, he abruptly responded, ‘what did you want?’ and said we could only change it for a low-priced dessert (which is not fair as there are other dessert offered in other Set that charges the same price as ours) His ill-mannered service has ruined my friend’s birthday and we would never visit this place again.
