I had passed by this pretty cake shop a few times and this time I decided to try it out to get a cake to please my kids. See? They had quite a number of special cakes which couldn't be found elsewhere e.g. the Chinese-style birthday peach bun cake. Look at the details.
There were around 20 mini lollipops placed in a plastic ball-shaped container nicely decorated by a piece of colourful wrapping paper at the bottom.

The base of the cake was not covered by icing sugar - just that the button was made of chocolate. The diameter was about 4.5吋. In terms of look, it was really quite perfect! My kids were so excited after seeing it and wanted to "play" with it!

The cake itself was 藍莓吉士夾心蛋糕 with 紅莓乾牛油蛋糕 with 吉士醬 and 藍莓夾心. Taste-wise, the cake was quite delicious too. The adding of 紅莓乾 to 牛油蛋糕 was really quite a good idea to add some colour to plain butter cake. The amount of custard sauce and blueberry jam was appropriate so that it was not overly sweet at all. I could taste some fresh blueberries from the blueberry jam. The red cream on the surface was a little bit sour too. Even the elder in my family who shared the cake said the cake was delicious. The cake was big enough for at least 6 people to share.
