🎄 今年聖誕節,我決定同屋企人喺屋企渡過,為了營造節日氣氛,當然少不了煮一頓西餐!最近我喺中環街市食過Chef’s Market的午餐,覺得不錯,於是上網訂購咗一個Steak Cooking Set。這個Cooking Set入面包羅了:- Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye Steak 650g- Always Fresh Grissini - Rosemary & Sea Salt- La Molisana Classic Spaghetti-Maison Argaud Bloc of Goose Foie Gras 90g- Norwegian Smoked Salmon Sliced 200g- Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce- Black Truffle Manchego Sheep Milk Cheese- Maggie Beer-Diane Finishing Sauce- 3 in One Red Wine我首先用La Molisana Classic Spaghetti配Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce,試下味道如

我首先用La Molisana Classic Spaghetti配Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce,試下味道如何。我加咗大蘑菇同香草肉腸做配料,大約煮咗6分鐘,再焗2分鐘,出來的口感煙韌,非常好!我再炒香大蘑菇,將香草腸煎至金黃色,然後將面條放返入去,加埋些意粉水同一湯羹Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce 一齊炒,味道真係不錯,芝士味濃郁但又唔油膩。
最後,我配上咗來自西班牙三個酒莊集合出品的3 in One Red Wine,口感充滿活力。
這個套餐包含咗前菜、小食同主菜,根本唔使自己苦惱要煮咩,真係節省咗好多時間!
